Stayed Dec 19, 2025This is a beautiful rental! It is just as nice in person as the pictures indicate. The location is perfect. We loved the walking distance to numerous restaurants, donuts, coffee, and a local market. Mast General Store a few doors down is a lot of fun ! Our favorite restaurant was Chivos, which is located on the first floor of the rental building. It was a very cozy rental. I usually struggle with pillows in hotels, and rentals. This is one of the few, possibly the only, rentals (including hotels) that had great pillows. It is well stocked with dishes, and cookware. I would highly recommend this rental.

Stayed May 11, 2025We planned an extended stay for graduation. This was the perfect place for us to spend quality time with each other and walking distance to all things downtown Knoxville. This apartment is incredible; clean, all the amenities you could ever need, safe, and beautifully decorated. Also, a MUCH better value than the hotels — the hotel prices increase dramatically around graduation so this VRBO ended up being less money than the hotel would have been and WAY more value since we were able to visit comfortably with each other in cleaner-than-hotel accommodations. Very pleased with our stay and I can find something wrong with anything!

Stayed Feb 18, 2025We spent six nights here and would rent this place again. It is a spacious, tastefully decorated, well-furnished conversion of a 1920s commercial building, with the usual exposed brick, exposed ductwork (nicely wrapped), high ceilings, original dark wood flooring, etc. The kitchen appliances are new and top brand. Kitchen and bathroom have all the essentials. Beds are plenty comfortable. Good towels and linens. Hosts are friendly and extremely responsive. The building is quiet and private. Uncertain whether the building is fully occupied—some conversion work or change of ownership may still be underway. The developers should be commended for their contribution to revitalizing downtown Knoxville.High windows in the living area allow plenty of light. You are on the fourth floor and can see the mountains in the distance and watch the sun rise over them. Heating worked extremely well during a cold snap. The rush of forced air might seem loud and the air perhaps a little dry, but all-in-all very comfortable. The number of vents and ceiling fans suggests this rental would be cool in summer.Overnight parking is free but a little tricky. Use metered street parking to unload and load.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025This rental is a very new, very nice, very clean, 3 level town home style unit with very high ceilings in a new construction quad-plex located in a residential neighborhood. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, a nicely equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room, and it has a garage too. There are decks with wall-to-wall windows and sliding doors on the front of the building. These decks are off the living area and the master bedroom and are a great sitting / relaxing area when it’s not freezing / snowing like it was when we were there.Casual word of warning to those with mobility concerns. From the ground level where the only entry and one bedroom with bathroom are, there are about 17 stairs to the main level where the kitchen & living area are and another 18 or so stairs to the top level where another bedroom & bathroom, master bedroom & bathroom, and a landing area with trundle bed. The stairways are a perfect width with handrails but would be an issue for anyone with mobility concerns. The entire unit was impeccably clean and nicely appointed. The location was good but not particularly special. The listing photos are spot on. The management was very helpful, quick to communicate, and easy to deal with. The only negative for us was a lack of hot water in the evenings. There was only enough warm to very warm water for two modest length showers in the evening before the water went lukewarm to cold.We had a very good experience - very pleased.
