Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband, Frenchie and I stayed here over the weekend. Apt had everything we could ever dream of. The salon staff was so welcoming .. felt like we were staying with old friends. We hope to return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Stayed here with my 10yo grandson. Easy walk to the Metro and to the Alexandria waterfront. Sitting right in the middle of many excellent restaurants and bars. Fun to sit on the window seat and people watch. Relatively quiet during the week but does get noisy with increased people and music over the weekend. Apartment met all our needs and was clean and comfortable. Suitable for 1-2 people. Easy check in and check out.

Stayed Apr 15, 2023This place is right in the heart of Old Town. An easy walk to the Metro but the trolly comes by if you don’t wish to walk. The place is very nice, very well kept, and the owner was fantastically responsive and timely. Kitchen had what we needed and the bed is quite comfortable. There was plenty of space for two plus two small dogs. We would absolutely stay again!

Stayed Apr 4, 2023This property is located within walking distance to restaurants, waterfront and metro. Free parking in the back of the property was a plus. We never moved the car for 3 days. The owner lives downstairs and was available if needed. The apartment was cozy. It had everything we needed for our stay. Mattress was pleasantly comfortable. The unit was very clean with enough towels for many days. Things to consider when choosing this rental: You will need to walk one flight of stairs with your luggage to the unit. This property sits next to many bars and restaurants so there may be noise at times but it didn't bother us a bit. We highly recommend this rental if visiting the Alexandria/Washington DC area. Stayed Mar 30, 2023My husband and I stayed here for four nights. The place was clean, convenient, ADORABLE and in the center of all the action. We spent most of our mornings and late nights here as we were always out and about. We both sat in the window seat every morning with coffee—one late afternoon we sat there listening to a live band playing in the restaurant next door. We rarely used the kitchen because we were out to eat but it had everything you would need. This row house was above the owner’s hair salon and everyone there always welcomed you with a smile and “have a nice day”. Marzie was exceptionally accommodating. She provided us with ALL the necessities. We would love to stay here again. Thanks Marzie!
