Historic Downtown District.

This is a great property and location. If you’re staying in Fayetteville this is where you want to stay. The property is beautiful, very artsy and there are great restaurants and bars within 2 blocks. You will not be disappointed!!

We’ve stayed in the loft many times. It’s our absolute go to when traveling to Fayetteville. The space is fantastic and the location couldn’t be better.

So clean and spacious. Had everything we needed and it was in a fun area to walk around. Good restaurants nearby. It seemed to us that time was taken to decorate and make the place cozy!

Everything we needed was available and bedding and towels were clean Very nice home

We loved it. Every bit. the location in proximity the baseball stadium and special Ops museum. The close ness of het main street and the everything else. The one thing that stood out more than anything else was the attention to detail. From the fact that everything you could need from utensils to cleaning equipment was well thought through to the Labels on light switches just come in so handy and yet no host things about this. Carlos - Genius.

Overall, the property was wonderful. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner quickly responded to any questions. The uptown location is close to everything and our only issues were folks loitering outside where the bedroom is located. They were loud and the noise went on until around 2:00am in the morning. Also, the trains traveling throughout the night. I understand these are things the owner has no control over, they are just issues my family member and I experienced.

Industrial look - Comfortable stay - Perfect downtown location!

Check in was was easy. Parking in front of the building was fairly easy. The decorations, industrial design of the loft was super cool. The Loft is located in the historic/ Art center area, so we walked most places. Wonderful stay and thank you, Carlos.

Easy walking distance to stadium entrance. Felt safe walking back. Food and drink all within easy walking distance from property. Parking a little tricky until you figure it out. Very comfortable. We will be back for sure!

I had a great time. It was a perfect downtown location. Very cool architecture and furniture!

As we entered the loft, my wife was the first to see the extravagance of this cozy place. Wow...just WOW!; was my wife's first superlatives. This place is beautifully thought out...to the last detail. Carlos (Owner), you did an excellent job with every detail; the entire building is a work of art.We had family over while we were there and they absolutely loved it as well.

It was very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. I enjoy cooking and this was the best cookware I have ever come across at a rental. The bedding was comfortable. Communication was greatand I was even able to get an early check in. Enjoyed the overall relaxation and atmosphere. Great rental property!

What an amazing property. Great location downtown Fayetteville, NC. This is a true Gem! Well appointed, awesome decor and amenities and super communicative management. This is a must stay and I will definitely be back!

Great alternative to hotel accommodations

This was the second time I have stayed at the loft. This time my wife traveled with me and she fell in love with the space as well. By far the best place in Fayetteville to stay.

This was the cutest little place. Wish I could have stayed longer it felt very much like home. Carlos was super easy to get in touch with. Didn't get to use any of it but you could tell the kitchen was very equipped with everything you needed.

We Loved the Loft. It was right downtown above a salon. Very clean and nice - modern/industrial vibe was really nice. If you're a gambler like me, just park on the street and don't feed the meter - 3 day stay with no ticket!

We enjoyed staying in “The Loft” for the 4th of July weekend. This unit had everything you could ever want or need. The owner’s attention to detail and comfort of their guests is beyond exceptional. The architectural details in this unique building is an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Fayetteville.

The Loft exceeded my expectations! Clean, organized, and had everything I needed. It's in a great location, easy to get to anywhere you need to go. Carlos was a super host, even assisting me on check-out day with a minor mishap. I highly recommend staying here and if I need to be back in Fayetteville I hope The Loft is available!

One big open room was good for us. There was a person in the street yelling at inappropriate language at 5:30 AM that could be heard from inside the unit that woke us up. Other than that, the stay was great.

Cute loft space with all the amenities. The Loft has lots of character and is very quaint. The living space is very comfortable. It’s as pictured and very clean. Easy to access and great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is wonderful, beautiful and everything about that will take your breath away.This is my third time visiting and I really love this place it’s close to everything. This place has everything that you have at home and it’s super clean I love it.i will always book here when I visit.
