No stairs here, and also no step-down or basement feel to this beautiful ground floor900 square foot one-bedroom apartment with updated kitchen & decor. Walking distance to anything in the Historic District. Situated between Forsyth Park (0.4 miles south of the house) and the River (0.7 miles north of the house) Jones Street is known as the prettiest street in Savannah.

Bedroom has a King size bed. There is a 2nd flat screen tv in the bedroom which is totally separate from the Living Room for privacy. There is a Queen pullout sofa in the beautifully decorated living room. The bathroom is off of the kitchen.
