Stayed Mar 15, 2026A lovely historical building in downtown Seattle. IT was beautifully upgraded, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Ashley was kind, and delightful to interact with. She provided clear instructions about check in and check out. I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 22, 2024It was close to walking to many places and it had transportation options. Monorail especially to get to the Climate Pledge arena. Only recommendation is to bring ear plugs as the monorail is above the property and the windows are single pane which makes it easy to hear the noises of the surrounding area, like traffic and people walking and talking nearby. Otherwise very clean.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024what we liked -we felt that we belonged in the neighborhood because we felt like the apartment was more like home than a hotel room. What we didn't like it was pretty noisy but because we were so tired after a day of sightseeing... we were too exhausted to care!

Stayed May 28, 2024Great property. Great location to walk and do just about everything. We went to Canada and it’s about a 15 min walk to the clipper. We ubered to the cruise terminal because we had luggage but still close. Tons of food and coffee shops close. Condo was comfortable and clean. Bedding and pillows were so soft and so comfortable. They had white noise machines and ear plugs if you are not used to city noises. Didn’t bother us because we are used to city noise. We felt safe, no issues with homeless or people in general. Would totally book again.

Stayed Jun 3, 2026The location of this listing was so perfect for our little family of three to explore Seattle! It *is* loud at night, but the sound machines were enough to drown them out. The monorail passing by out front was really neat, and we went to Top Pot Doughnuts next door every morning (and some evenings for dessert, haha). SO MUCH was within easy walking distance, even with a teenager in tow -- Pike Place Market, the Space Needle/Museum of Pop Culture, the Seattle Aquarium, The Spheres, and a ton of amazing stores and restaurants. The place was very clean and well stocked. Having a parking spot was clutch. The beds were so comfortable. We loved staying here and would love to go back in the future!!

Stayed Jan 16, 2026Perfect location, walked to Pike Market, Space Needle and Jazz Alley. Space is small, but has all amenities you would need. Beds were very comfortable and included parking space is a bonus.
