Stayed Apr 7, 2026My friend and I just spent 4 nights at David's property and had a wonderful time! The flat is perfect for 2 friends traveling together or even 2 couples. The rooms are identically sized and each have their own efficient bathroom and a lovely little balcony. (We were lucky to have some nice springtime weather and enjoyed the balconies.) The living room is a colorful chill space. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and a few pantry basics (but, it's NOLA... you'll want to eat out!) The AC worked well once the temperatures rose. The location is great... right in a bustling part of Magazine Street with lots of restaurant options and a great coffee shop next door, but the house is set back from the street so there was no coffee shop noise and it was quiet overall. The flat is about a 10 min walk to the St Charles street car, which takes you at a leisurely pace past high-end homes to either the French Quarter to the east or Loyola U to the west. The area feels very safe and we walked at night with no concerns. (This whole area of NOLA is pretty upscale.) David was extremely communicative via the app-- including local recommendations, and the suggestion of storing our luggage at Bounce locations after we checked out. That was really helpful. I will definitely come back to stay here. Thanks so much, David!

Stayed Jan 10, 2026My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's beautiful, historic apartment. He has thought of every detail. The apartment included ample space, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed with high-quality bedding, spacious, clean bathroom with plenty of towels, all right on Magazine Street in the heart of the Garden District. David provided plenty of detailed instructions, making access to the parking area and the apartment a breeze. All of this for a very reasonable price! We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone looking to spend a fun time away from the bustle of Bourbon Street, living like the locals.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025Excellent location, great neighborhood, in the Garden District Uptown. Lots of great ethnic restaurants, good coffee shops and cool boutique clothing, antique and vintage design shops. Small apartment but adequate for two adults with two bedrooms and two baths. My bed was kinda sweaty but the ac works great. Parking was very well organized.

Stayed Dec 12, 2024Not only was the apartment great, but so is the area it is located. The major factor for us was the private parking. We can't wait to visit again.

Stayed Oct 29, 2024This was a nice little place for us to stay on our trip. The neighborhood was great and there are some good food options really close by. It was super convenient to take the bus and the trolleys to get around without having to drive places. The host was super easy to get in touch with and very attentive. Definitely recommend
