Hip Modern Studio in serene central Bellevue with AC, WiFi, Kitchen, TV

This property was perfect for our stay. The unit is immaculate, modern yet cozy and was completely stocked. The unit is in a very quiet residential area but within 3 minutes of busy downtown. Everything you could need was within reasonable distance. We went there for a recovery after a procedure and couldn’t be happier. The hosts communicated well and were very gracious. We would highly recommend a stay here

This studio is exceptional! The location is great...a 10-minute walk to downtown Bellevue. It's close to all major freeways. A quiet, private retreat surrounded by beautiful trees. Everything inside the studio is first class, including high end appliances. This Hip Modern Studio will be my choice every time I come to the Seattle/Bellevue/Kirkland area. I can't wait to make another reservation!

Agree with all previous reviews— place is extremely clean and well decorated. Bright and airy, yet nestled in the shade of the trees. Conventionally close to downtown Bellevue. Host was very friendly and courteous, answered all my questions. Would stay here again.

The studio and hosts are fantastic. Great location that is walking distance to Bellevue. Clean, great use of space, quiet and high grade finishes. Truly a gem. The hosts were very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. Highly recommended.

Recently returned from my trip to Seattle and just wanted to comment quickly on my accommodations. This suite was exactly as advertised. The location has easy access from Seattle airport and is very close to many stores and restaurants. The host we extremely helpful to all my questions before and upon arrival. The unit was spotless and well stocked with items available to the tenant. I did not have a vehicle but everything was within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Would not hesitate coming back to this location.

Iris and Yuval were wonderful hosts. Very communicative and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there. Just a four minute drive to downtown. Would recommend!

This is a one-of-a-kind, beautiful property. As others have noted, it is immaculately clean, tastefully appointed and designed, and every detail has been thought through to perfection. Just as importantly—between the skylights and the huge windows, it feels like you are staying in a forest. I have stayed in this Studio twice for 4-5 night trips, and it has completely changed my experience of traveling to Bellevue. Just walking onto the property after a long day at work makes my shoulders lower and my tension drain away. Yuval and Iris are wonderful hosts—responsive, kind, and also respectful of your space and privacy. I am grateful to have found this property and will definitely return.One note for business travelers: this property is a 20 minute walk (about a mile) from Bellevue Square and downtown. For me, this is part of the draw, as I like to be able to leave the bustle of downtown at the end of the day, and I love the walk. For others who need to be right at their work location, this is something to keep in mind.Great hosts, amazing property, park-like setting. What more could you ask for?

I stay at the property for a girls weekend with my daughters. The pictures, while very accurate, do not do it justice. This modern studio flat is quaint while also being cool & hip. It was SUPER clean, we had everything we needed. It’s decorated with many fine, intricate, & tasteful decor. The shower is delightful, if all you need is a small studio space. The part I didn’t expect (because there are ZERO pictures of it) is the OUTSIDE surroundings. This little studio cottage is nestled right off the road but is surrounded by massive pine trees and wonderful natural foliage. And the windows are done in such a way as to have a grand view! To be honest,it could have been a Motel 6. When I saw the grandeur of nature ensconcing the apartment, I was awe struck. The entire weekend was perfection! Iris & Yuval are gracious hosts and we will most definitely be returning!!!
