Stayed Apr 17, 2026Pretty apartment in a great location with owners that were very responsive. Bunk beds would be good for kids, a little less so for middle-aged ladies. Everything was extremely clean.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025We were in town for a weekend to do a Bourbon Tour and wanted to stay somewhere with access to some local bars/food. The location is excellent for this as there are many choices within walking distance. This is an upstairs property right on Bardstown Road. You will park and enter from the rear of the building. We felt safe and the place has everything we needed. One thing to know it’s a pretty dated building and the rental reflects that but it was clean and had all we needed for our stay.

It is close to lots of bars and restaurants, and a short uber ride away to all other attractions of Louisville

Stayed May 5, 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our urban haven while in Louisville for the Derby. Our hosts were so gracious and very responsive when we had questions. A Derby gift box awaited us on arrival with Derby themed food/wine gifts. The location on Bardstown Rd was perfect for local stores, restaurants, bars. Some road noise but earplugs worked great so we could sleep soundly. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space for 2 couples - we never even went into the 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. We'd certainly stay again.
