Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of historic Victorian homes, just blocks away from stunning sunrises on the Shore Path and sunsets from the Bar Island sandbar.
Designated off street parking for one vehicle with self check in and AC for those hot summer nights.

This studio apartment is a 5min walk from anywhere in downtown Bar Harbor. It`s in a quiet neighborhood and has off street parking. Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. The closest trails of Acadia National Park are within a 1.5-mile walk.

No pets please, no exceptions, the cleaner is allergic.

I live in the neighborhood and am available most any time should a problem arise.

Very quite, safe and friendly.

The free Island Explorer Shuttle`s arrive and depart from the village green which is 5 min walk away.

Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Quiet hours in town start at 9pm so please no being loud past 9pm. No talking loudly in the driveway or on the porch past 9pm. Please be aware of your noise level as to not disturb the guest in the other 3 units. Please take off your shoes in the kitchen when you come inside. No loose trash or recyclables allowed in the outside dumpsters, only tied trash bags allowed.
