Aa lovely, nicely decorated space. Great location, walking distance to lots of interesting sights. Beds comfortable.

This is a must stay when in Spokane! It is so clean and beautifully decorated. You will feel right at home but better! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked. You will be within walking distance to everything. We walked to downtown, coffee, Riverfront park and the Podium for a track event. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Positives: This property was very clean! The bedding smelled freshly washed, which I loved. The host offered some great extras, such as q-tips, bath bombs, and scented candles. Our host was very responsive with messages. There is a very cute coffee shop and bakery right next door, and their coffee is delicious!Note: We did have two vehicles, and there was only one parking pass for the gated parking area, so I would keep that in mind if you do have more than one vehicle. It is right in the middle of downtown, so parking on the street isn't great (Spokane has a pretty hefty homeless population downtown). Not So Positives: We didn't love that the train tracks were right outside the master bedroom. You cannot help but hear the trains coming through, and they do come through at all hours, but I am also a very light sleeper.Wrap Up: I would stay here again, with earplugs :). We truly enjoyed the space and the fact that it is right in the middle of downtown Spokane. The number one factor is truly that it was clean and inviting. We have stayed at some VRBO's that were pretty gross. This space is just as it is pictured. Thank you!

Clean and a great location!

The properties decor was straight out of a magazine. The bed & bedding was soooo comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Spokane.

Felt safe and loved the gated parking. So cute and cozy. Host was great to contact when there were questions.

Very nice and clean condo. Incredibly comfortable beds. Convenient and secure parking is available, and it is very walkable to most of downtown Spokane and Kendall Yards. Super wonderful host who is very responsive to requests. It is close to some railroad tracks, but the condo holds up to the sound to the point we hardly noticed, unless we were on the balcony waving to the passing train crews! The rental met all our needs and will be the 1st place we look when we return.

This was an amazing property. Perfect for my family, even for my two large teenage boys. Every room felt spacious and was beautifully decorated. The only downside was how close the train tracks were. There were 4+ trains each night. Bring earplugs!
