    Very pleasant appartment, tastefully decorated and particularly well equipped, ideally situated between the sea, shops and restaurants and nevertheless very quiet. A very large patio, south facing, with deck chairs , tables etc made our holiday very pleasant. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful and we would recommend this appartment without any reservations.

    We have stayed in many nice places across France in the past few years, but must say that this apartment has been by far the best. The enclosed parking in the basement car park, is safe and secure. The apartment caters for your every need, plenty of storage space, especially in the bathroom ( which is always a plus) . The terrace with the outlook of a garden is lovely. South facing, so you can sunbathe all day if you want. 2 minutes walk to beach and town centre, with big market and fresh food on your doorstep. Small supermarket for all your needs close by. The safari park near Nantes, (about an hour away) is a must see, you can get really close to the animals. And also the huge mechanical elephant at Les Machines de l'île is Brilliant. We would definitely recommend.

    We have visited Pornichet several times and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. The location is brilliant, the terrasse is a haven of sunshine and tranquillity but when you come out of the front door you are literally two steps away from the market, the spectacular beach and a range of restaurants. The block is quiet and there is secure parking.The apartment is well equippped with everything you need including good Wifi. We were four adults, two older and two younger and there was plenty of space. It would also have been very safe and suitable for younger children. The owners live nearby and are helpful and friendly without being intrusive. They also speak excellent English if your French is a little rusty! Pornichet is a super destination and one of our favourite places to spend a holiday. There is lots to do nearby - we managed jet skiing and go karting but also plenty of opportunities for relaxing and doing nothing. This apartment was the perfect base for our holiday.

    We stayed at the apartment in April 2013 for three weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. We were staying with my boyfriend and our 2 year old daughter. There were toys for kids that my daughter loved. The location was great. I could buy fresh food from the market every day and it was a short walking distant from the marina where my boyfriend was attending the Pornichet Select mini boat race. We loved the apartment and will definately stay there again when we go to Pornichet.

    We were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean, quiet and very comfortable and had everything one could possibly need to enjoy a vacation. The location was perfect - just a half block from the beach and was surrounded by restaurants with a small grocery store within a 5 minute walk. The owners were extremely helpful when questions were asked and very pleasant to deal with when we set up the booking, arrived at the premises and met on departure.

    This is a very congenial place to stay with the fresh food market (open 6 days out of 7) only 50 metres away (really!) Parking is secure and the apartment is beautifully clean and tranquil even though it is so central. The owner is pleasant and friendly to deal with and the free broadband was much appreciated as I researched places to take my 86 year young father. Altogether the best experience I have had in the 'taking Dad away' holidays but really it would suit practically anyone as all amenities, beach, bars, shops etc are all so near.

    This is a beautiful modern and really well furnished apartment ideal for a small family. Perfect location, 20 metres from the market square which has all shops & restaurants, bakeries, self service laundry etc. And a great market twice weekly. Also a 5 minute walk to a fabulous beach with safe bathing & lots of children's play facilities. It is a first floor apartment, but with a light stairway and a lift which lands you right in front of the apartment door, and a secure internal garage for cars which is great. The balcony overlooks a raised terrace garden, meaning it is completely safe for young children. It offers peace & quiet in a lovely quiet resort, yet only a few hundred metres from a livelier scene. And plenty of other attractions in the vicinity. It is very well managed by the owner family who were always available if needed.
