Hidden Gem in the Heart of Plaza Midwood

Great stay.

Comfortable rental. Small, with a Murphy bed but it was functional as we were only there to sleep. Owner was fairly quick in responding to questions. Reasonably priced for a VRBO.

Very cute property near everything. The only issue was it had a little moisture smell. I used room spray I have in my car a few times throughout the stay and it seemed to mask it.

The location was excellent! Close to many coffee shops and restaurants and in a charming neighborhood, fun to walk around and explore.We were unable to lock the door from the outside with the code, and no keys were provided for the lock below. The coded deadbolt lock required pressure on the joint, which we never got the knack of doing properly. The place, although clean, gave the impression that someone lived there and had recently exited. There was some food/milk in the refrigerator, personal items in the one bathroom drawer. The dispenser in the shower needed refilling. We used all of our own body wash and shampoo. We did not use any of the appliances or touch the personal items/food. We each had only one bath towel for a 3-night stay, no mat for the bathroom floor. The owner was very nice, responsive, and locked the door for us each time we left for the day.

The property had a great location. The bathroom was modern and clean. There was a Murphy bed which I wasn’t aware of or I would not have booked. The main room was clean and the sheets were clean. The couch was comfortable. The kitchen needed a clean up. I had a bit of a hard time getting a train de from the contact person. I think this rental has great potential it needs a bit spiffing up and better communication

After a smooth check in with clear details provided, we enjoyed a peaceful night of rest in this quiet and cozy guest house. Very helpful and attentive host with gentle, Southern hospitality.

Its our second time staying here, location is fantastic so much to do. Host is awesome also!! We will definitely go back again.
