Great 2 bedroom apartment with fabulous views. The buggy transportation that came with the apartment was an added bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

The beach view was very nice. It was nice to have access to different pools along the beach.There were a few things not working in the place and I needed to contact the property managers. I cannot say that they met our needs as far as responsiveness was concerned.The coffee machine broke and they could not get us another one, I had to ask three times to have the door knob lubricated so we could turn it.There was dirt under the bed. And the apartment was dated. It was very frustrating to try to work the drawers which were push to open very difficult to close. I don’t think that they actually look at everything to make sure it’s proper before renting it out to the next person.The proximity to amenities for the whole resort was very good and having a golf cart to get back-and-forth to the marina was great. Our check-in person Lucas was very nice and very accommodating.

Unit was lovely. Pity about the neighbours.

We were very impressed by the location of the property and the initial pick up and departure by the agent. The facilities were comfortable but there were a number of issues which we were left disappointed with as the unit is tired and requires maintenance. It’s the first rental property which we have ever hired that doesn’t come with an instruction booklet. The barbecue on the patio has a broken igniter switch - which the management agents knew about and should have told us when we arrived so we could find the hand held gas lighter which was somewhere in the kitchen. After giving up trying to light the bbq on our first night, my wife cooked our meal on the hob, but as the extractor fans buttons don’t work, she had to stand with her fingers on the buttons on the extractor on the wall. The two tv remote controls in the lounge had flat batteries so we gave up with the TV and we were disappointed to find that one of the sunbeds had been disposed due to cockatoo damage and some of the other patio furniture is patched up extensively with gaffer tape. The kitchen bin receptacle had rubbish in from previous guests when we arrived. These matters and others were all raised early in our stay, the agent said he would get the electrician in to fix the hob on the Tuesday (but he didn’t come in), none of the other faults (apart from bin emptying) were rectified either. In a hotel I would have demanded to move rooms.

Great location, close to everything with a private pool and hand golf buggy included. Unpack once and enjoy. Beautiful sunrise on the balcony for the early risers. Handy laundry in the unit too, so you can pack light.

Great apartment. Older but didn't matter. Fabulous to have golf buggy included. Perfect location with great pool.

We had a fantastic holiday, great apartment, everything you could want. The views were magic and the kids loved the buggy - looking forward to come again
