We had to contact the host Xmas night as we did not have a queen or king bed as booked. Room was very dirty. Hand and dish soap watered down. No drinking water no kitchen towels,, dirty sponge. Noisy refrigerator with no light inside. Windows so dirty we could t see out of them. First and last booking with VRBO Host was prompt and very helpful. The only positive. Other than the location.
