Stayed Nov 5, 2025Things were fine. One toilet had the water turned off, but someone came out shortly after we reported it the morning after our arrival. We liked the layout of the apartment, it was clean, and we liked the location.

Stayed May 15, 2025Convenient location for K state graduation. Price was fair. Thank you for not price gouging for graduation weekend. We had family in several units and it was very convenient to be able to have our own spaces in the same general location. Unit was clean, roomy, good parking and communication.

Stayed Apr 10, 2024We had plenty of space and it had everything we needed. We even asked for a coffee pot verses Keurig and had it the same day!! Quiet location and close to most things without being over priced. Dated exterior could use a face-lift.
