Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, this supremely unique apartment has gorgeous city and mountain views and only minutes away from restaurants, shopping, numerous amenities and Lions Gate Hospital. Built in 1912, it is one of the last remaining commercial heritage buildings in North Vancouver. This location is the perfect home base to explore the city with hiking, biking and skiing right in your back yard. Whistler is also just a 90 minute drive away.

The space
One of onlytwo apartments in this Heritage Award winning building this 960 sf. space is private, quiet and has fir floors, coffered ceilings and claw foot tub from the original layout of 1912. Fully renovated in 2012 by the current owner, the unit also has a gas fireplace in the living room for those cozy nights. There is a shared back balcony with a BBQ and stunning city views. The building is also home to a neighborhood coffee shop and a hair salon on the main level. Laundry facilities are also available in the basement if required.
This building has been featured in many commercials, films and TV series; most recently, A Dog's Way Home. The suite itself was featured in the series I-Zombie in 2017.

    A quaint location and lots of treasures such as games to discover. Expect a steep staircase, creaky floors, and a small bathroom from this 110+ year old building. While staying there, the donut shop was closed and the new one yet to open. As a result, shopping is down a hill and then a multi-block climb back up it. The main heater definitely needs servicing (think a 747 engine). Nevertheless, cute, quaint, and very quiet.

    Host is responsive and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, full of characters. The two bedrooms are sufficient for our family of three. The location is convenient for us to visit Vancouver. Overnight street parking is free and we can find parking easily cross the street. We enjoyed Netflix movies using TV in the living room. Highly recommend this apartment!

    Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to work as I would've liked to have stayed longer. Great place. Perfectly located. Quiet, clean, and full of character. I misplaced the keys first night and Brad came and let me in as soon as I contacted him. Highly recommended.
