Spacious, bright and newly renovated 95 m2 apartment on charming Råå. 2 min walk from the sea and close to local communication. Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom including washing machine, wifi, TV, terrace and outdoor patio. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are included.

A new and fresh accommodation with self-catering, but where the hotel feel comes with bedding, hand and shower towels and where check-out cleaning is included. An accommodationwhere there is plenty of room for socializing both inside and out - long breakfasts, cozy dinners, barbecues, a cup of tea and a book or why not relaxation in the outdoor spa included in the accommodation.

The apartment is fully equipped: kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine and espresso machine. TV with many channels, free wifi, bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, beds for 5- + 1 persons (3 90 cm beds, 1 120 cm, 1 140 cm and 1 extra beds). All beds are bedded with new fresh bed linen when you arrive. Jacuzzi is designed for 4 people and booked for bathing between 15.00 and 21.00. 00, a patio in south / west as well as west / northern location with associated outdoor furniture and barbecue.

NOTE! This is a quiet villa area so we expect you as a guest to take into consideration your surroundings as well when you are in the indoor and outdoor environment. No party allowed !! No outsiders have access to the accommodation, which is only for our tenants.

The flat provides you with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Spacious room, comfy beds for six (but we only were five), two verandas for morning and evening sun, shops and nice restaurants in walking distance and a clean beach with splendid water close by. Very welcoming landlords who provide you with good hints what to see and where to go. Don‘t miss Ven and Helsingborg. We enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you.

The owners are really nice and friendly! The house is very clean with every that you need to use in daily life. Just hope the dryer machine can get cleaned.

Charming quiet town blocks from the beach, harbor, shops & amazing restaurants. 10 minute drive to the heart of Helsingborg. This appartment is modern, clean , bright and comfortable! The large living area and kitchen were great for hanging out before and after our days of sightseeing. The bedrooms are cozy and peaceful. Lots of outside sitting space too! The owners are super friendly and helpful. I hope to come back again soon.

It was a great stay. It's very peaceful, clean, nicely designed, comfortable. The beach is very close by. I wish I had a nice home like this myself... Helene and Johan are great hosts. I hope I'll have the opportunity to come back!
