Stayed May 12, 2025The true test of a property came as the morning after our arrival we had a emergency issue that needed resolved. Nothing that would usually be forseen by the hosts.But they stepped in with VERY QUICK reply to our message about it.... and had all resolved by just after midday!! Great communication all along the process!!!That is when you know you are dealing with people that are looking out for their guests and want things to be the BEST!!The location was wonderful for us... as we were without a car - came in on the train.... and wanted to be able to walk around to experience the area.... and found so much very available.You do have your ocean view... the apt is fresh and neat and comfortable...... especially the mattresses. And with the lovely bedding too..... crawling into be at the end of a day of exploring was so lovely and welcoming.The place was so impressive my daughter put it on her list for checking into when she returns to Ventura.
