Would recommend having a full length mirror added plus a shelf in the bathroom to place toiletries on (plenty of room for a floor shelf). Was a little difficult to locate when we arrived late at night. Maybe say the door is located past the alley or put in an exact gps location. Otherwise, clean and super great location.

It was a little hard find the front entrance upon arrival but ok after getting inLoved the place inside such great decor only one issue your mirrors are way to high for people to get ready we also were never able to turn the living room TV on!!!My biggest concern was the RESORT STYLE POOL That was a great disappointment The place was packed and we had planned to spend the day and we left within an hour The term used to describe the pool is a little incorrect!!!

Broughton Street is among the best places to stay in Savannah. We resnted a car for our stay however Broughton Street is a nice walk from everything. The shops and restaurants on the river are a 5 minute walk away. A majority of the city historical squares are a few minutes walk. Food options are plentiful. My family chose to go to the local Kroger for breakfast stuff. The full kitchen made cooking very easy. We chose to do lunch and dinner at restaurants. Paula Deen's spot was amazing. As was the Deck and Fannies on Tybee Island. Vic's on the River was also good. We ate at a few of the restaurants on rive

Great location. Able to walk to many of the spots we had on our bucket list and if not in walking distance Ubers were always 2 mins away. Only downfall is there are not doors on rooms. It’s a very open concept and no table if you want to play games or eat.

This 2 bed unit is in a good location close to shopping and places to eat. The location made it easy to walk to the river area and to the historic resident area. The beds are very soft but that was wonderfully comfortable after long days of walking the city. We were there over a holiday weekend and the street noise was obvious but did not last very late at all. Several smaller things makes us rate this property as good rather than excellent. To us they would not have been deal-breakers for our last minute booking, but we would have liked to know ahead of time.In the bathroom the lighting is poor, not bright enough to do makeup, and there was only one hook to hang towels after showers even though the unit sleeps four.It is not truly obvious from the listing that both bedrooms are walled on three sides-- they both are completely open to the hallway with only curtains for a touch of privacy. But even those don't go the floor and one bedroom only had one privacy panel and so the whole room couldn't be blocked off.One bedroom has a ceiling fan but the other does not. In Savannah that makes a difference. The couple without the fan got too hot through the nights. The coffee table was not suitable as a dining table. It's very tipsy because of the wheels it has.Again, these things, other than the rooms being open, were minor to us and we did enjoy our stay.

Loved the property location! Did not read the fine print and thought pool was closer. We would not have rented if we knew the location of the pool. Property was clean, easy to find, however one cockroach on the bathroom curtain and one the next day in the kitchen scared two family members away, and they left early Sunday rather than stay the third night.

This property is in a wonderful location if you're looking to stay near great restaurants, vibrant shopping, and the overall historic downtown. We didn't have to rent a car and only had to use rideshare twice on our six-day stay. It's so close and convenient to so many things.Property was very neat and clean and secure. Our only complaint -- the noise from the alley below the windows shown in the living space was nearly constant. Whether from the dumpster, night owls, construction, honking horns, or whatnot, it was loud. I did see this in reviews from previous guests and came prepared with a white noise machine for each bedroom, as well as earplugs, which helped a lot. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this might not be the right property for you. However, if you can handle external noise and come prepared, the location and property are a sure-fire win. Thanks to Southern Belle for a pleasant experience!

Loved this property. Rustic modern with all amenities you need. Super location for walking anywhere. Loved the wood floors but at times noisy by surrounding neighbors - if you are a light sleeper like me. Would definitely rent again.

Walking distance to River St, shopping on Broughton st. Restaurants everywhere, rooftop bars, outdoor seating. Beds comfortable. Kitchen availabile for cooking. Did a river tour, a food tour, Bonaventure cemetary and Tybee Island. Only drawback is parking, so we worked around it by either feeding the meter or using underground garage.

We loved it. Just as shown on the site. Great location - Walkable to stores, restaurants, squares, etc. Everything provided. Good communication throughout - Prior to check-in & during the stay. No real issues finding parking on the street.

The place was really nice. Better than expected. Great location. At night it was a bit loud (bring a sound machine). The floors are creaky and the alley can be quiet or rather loud. I'm sure it depends on the night. We got a bit.of both.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great in the condo. We had no problems whatsoever. The only downside to our stay was the parking. We arrived on Fourth of July and not having a dedicated parking spot, which we knew beforehand, was the only problem we encountered. It is a busy street and quite noisy. So, if that is a problem for you, just be aware.

Great location right on the shopping street with River street, City market and restaurants within walking distance. Be aware that you do hear street noise at night and garbage trucks early mornings as windows face towards an alley. Beside that we are very pleased with our stay and would recommend this place. We also visited the pool located at Tybee island. Very nice island and pool area.

The place is so nice. Great decor and functionality. Our only complaint would be noise level, it's not very sound proof. Small inconvenience for the great location and coolness of the property. Nicley stocked as well.
