Stayed Jun 29, 2025We needed a rental due to a family member having surgery in Lt. Rock. We live three hours away. This little apartment is simple and clean. It had the amenities needed during our stay. The pictures of the apartment are a little different from what you see when you walk in. It is plain with minimal decorations or furniture. The couch is comfortable.The living area would have been more comfortable if there had been a couple of living room chairs since there were four of us. There is a bar height table and two stools for dining needs. The queen beds are comfortable. TVs in the bedrooms would be a nice addition for people who enjoy watching movies while lying in bed.The apartment is stocked with nice towels and bed linens. The shower has good pressure. The location of the apartment was great for access to the hospital. It is close to the interstate so there is road noise but this is to be expected. We would rent this place again. It met our needs very well.
