Very quiet and clean. The fresh eggs was a nice gesture. The only thing I would say was wrong was the fixtures in the bathroom falling off. Also the creamers were bad.
It‘s a unique, small and quiet place, perfect for two people, yet it is safe because it‘s not isolated. Perfect to cone hpne to sfter a day at the beach or sightseeing.
There were ants and we had problems with the toilet but were billed $100 extra and were told we caused the problem. We told the guy at the property about our issues while we was there
The tiny house was perfect for my partner and myself. The owner puts a lot of effort into the small details.I loved the greeting basket as soon as we walked in with snacks and waters. There was also plenty of kcups and creamer for coffee. The bathroom was well stocked, it even had makeup wipes. It was a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend to other couples and definitely would stay again!
This tiny home was absolutely beautiful and was thoughtfully furnished to help maximize efficiency. The long term tenant, Travis, was nice to speak to as well as helpful when starting a fire. We're big lovers of nature and animals, so we spent a lot of time watching the chickens and looking for hawks, owls, and the box turtle. The neighborhood was very quiet overall. Also, pretty close to just about anything. A bit farther from the aquarium at Fort Fisher and Kure beach but that didn't bother us. Also, Mr. Joseph and Mrs. Darla were really sweet and made sure that extra supplies were delivered, by their housekeeping service, the next morning after the request. Honestly, we didn't want to leave. It truly felt like home.
We stayed at this tiny home for 4 days and it was great. It was so clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. There were beautiful flowers on the deck and in flower beds. It's also close to the airport so getting an Uber was no issue when we wanted to go downtown or to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!
