Heart of the City Luxury Penthouse….. in Historic Central Gardens Neighborhood!

The location for our activities was very convenient. Parking and the home was secure and safe. The neighborhood was very quiet and we observed security patrols drive by occasionally. The Penthouse was well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and supportive. This is a historic home and very tastefully remodeled. The property owner was very responsive when we let him know of a couple non essential items that needed his attention. One bedroom had an old roof leak, but the room was dry and clean. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area.

Beautiful home! Really spacious and clean. Great space to stay and hangout. It's in a great neighborhood in Midtown close to Overton Square and 15 minutes from East Memphis.

The property was charming and well decorated. Beds were comfortable, nice sheets and towels and full sets of dishes, flatware and glassware. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and convenient to all of the things we wanted to see and do.

Clean, well-equipped kitchen, lots of space to hang out, appears to to be recently renovated. Host is very responsive. Great location.

This property was exactly as expected! It is well equipped with all the luxury of home! Kitchen fully stocked for convenience and very clean. Definitely want to disappoint if you decide to stay!

We stayed in this beautiful home for over a week, and it exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless and well-maintained, and the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We really enjoyed this property. The place was decorated nicely, there was plenty of common area space to lounge, and it was in a great and safe location. We had a couple of questions/issues pop up with appliances in the house and the property owner was so quick to respond and address them. That’s all one can ask for. The rooms were spacious, the beds were large, and we had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Was in town for a family wedding. The place was perfect size for both group gathering and quiet time. Loved the location.
