Clean and beautiful

We had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed the neighborhood and the nearby art museum!

Great location.

Our family enjoyed staying here in March. The location is great for walking to restaurants in Elmwood Village or just taking a stroll in nice weather. There was plenty of room in the apartment. A few quirks of an older building: creaky floors that you can hear the people upstairs, radiator heating that takes some adjusting if you are used to warmer indoors and a super narrow driveway. All of these added to the experience! Would recommend staying here vs a generic hotel. In warm weather, it would be nice to sit on the porch. Easy drive to Niagara Falls and around town.

Location was great! I appreciated the parking spot and the recommendation for additional free parking if needed. The place was nice and cozy!

Blankets and sheets were not clean. Kitchen was dirty and we had to watch the counters too. Shower is a suggestion with the water pressure being so minimal.

Our host was courteous, helpful, and responded timely. This was our first experience and we will be planning more in the future. We had no worries or stress with this booking. Thank you so much!

Space has a lot of amenities (kitchen). We had plenty of towels. In a great location

Second time staying here for a weekend for a Bills game. Perfect location - a walk to everything you could want, and a 25 min drive to Niagara Falls and the stadium. Perfect. Comfortable beds, nice house - a perfect choice.

The property was musty and had stains on the sheets and uncomfprtable beds. Towels were worn. We checked out after the first night. I guess you get what you paid for and will not do that again.

Well kept home for 127 years old. Everything was in order and everything worked. Some updates needed are new bath towels

Lower level flat was adequate for our needs. We slept there and had breakfast just about each morning while at the house. The neighborhood is wonderful. Walking distance to quite a bit. About 21 miles from Niagara Falls, ON. We certainly enjoyed our time in Buffalo/Ontario.

Charming 1898 home with a kitchen well equipped with extra amenities. Our host responded quickly with our questions. The neighborhood was quaint with a lot of historical homes. Walking in Elmwood Village provided many shops and restaurants nearby.

It was vintage Buffalo architecture--- lots of wood, and very beautiful. Beds were comfortable and there was a great deal of space. Plenty of towels, silverware, extras in the kitchen, etc.

Great location and plenty of space for the five of us to stretch out. Very cute neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. Thankful for the window ac units and fans, it was very hot when we stayed in Buffalo and it would have been hard to sleep without it.

This was our first VRBO experience and everything was great! What a cool house! Our family of 5 was comfortable for our 4 days in Buffalo. We appreciated being able to spread out after spending the days doing things together. Would definitely stay again!

On our way to Niagara Falls we discovered this gem. The check in and out was smooth and the host was nice and easy to communicate with.

Dan's place is excellent, lovely old classic Buffalo home, close to many many area amenities, good amount of street (and backyard) parking, and a well-appointed kitchen with everything you'll need.Thank you for a great stay!

Quaint and quiet, This was a lovely house which I learned was built in 1898. Still had the look of a vintage house and was very comfortable. We appreciated the portable fans that were provided. One bedroom was air-conditioned. The driveway was tight as the host informed us. We folded in the mirrors and our SUV made it through to the back of the house! At the time the home was built they only had horse and buggy's so there was no need for a wide driveway! We would stay again.

We were in Buffalo for my daughter’s graduation. Although we only spent the night,we did go to Elmwood Park which was minutes away and very pretty. The neighborhood seems very nice and the apartment was great for what we needed. We loved the front porch!! Very easy check- in/check-out. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great, charming very large and spacious, vintage apartment. It is very close to Elmwood Ave where there are numerous shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. I formerly lived in WNY and am very aware of the quaint Elmwood Village area. I was able to have my Grandsons visit and my brother and SIL. My son came in from St Petes and stayed a few days as well as my son from Niagara Falls. We all loved it. I highly recommend.

I stayed in this great house with my daughter and her friends for the weekend to see a Bills game and enjoy Buffalo. The house is perfectly located 2 min from Elmwood Village, which has great shopping and food. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and very walkable. The house gives plenty of rooms and beds for everyone - we didn’t even use the “extra” room with 2 twin beds. Beuatiful older home with hardwood everywhere. We loved this home and will definitely try to come back in future years when we visit Buffalo.

Cozy, reasonably priced apartment with ample amenities. Great location as well. The driveway is a bit narrow, but manageable with any mid size vehicle. Check in was easy and the host was amicable. Highly recommended!

This three bedroom apartment would be great for a large family group. It didn't work especially well for two older travelers. The sidewalk and stairs leading to the front porch, where we were instructed to go in, had not been shoveled and were very icy. The lock box was not easy to use. And it took quite a while to get ahold of the host to actually get the code to get into the lockbox. It was clean and had a relatively comfortable bed. We didn't use many of the amenities.

A group of 6 girlfriends went to a concert downtown. Great location and comfortable old house. We had cocktails and snacks at the house before the concert, walked to the train station which is less than a mile away and then Ubered back to avoid concert parking and traffic. Very convenient. The house had plenty of room for all of us. Only thing missing was napkins or paper towels. We did brave the driveway, but would never try it in the winter! Overall we had a great stay!

Visit was ok, house is very old and could use some serious updating. Very noisy with upstairs residents. There was a broken bed in one room and my son was unable to sleep in that bed. The entry code was sent to me late and only after I called to ask for the access code while my son waited outside. Location is nice and price was good. Would probably not come to this house again.

Most important... location and economical with 4 separate bedrooms. The furnishings and bathroom are functional but tired and dated. Fresh paint, new blinds and less fussy decor would be an improvement. Everything was clean, but the linens were highly scented with laundry product in case you are sensitive.

It was just me my wife and our dog. All was perfect for a short stay for the Bills Home Opener.

Location was great, quick walk to Elmwood for coffee every morning. Quiet neighborhood for the most part, mix of families, visitors and young professionals. Property was spacious - could comfortably sleep 8, beds were comfy, beautiful woodwork throughout. Could use some cosmetic updates in the bedrooms and bathroom and yes, the driveway is extremely and intimidatingly narrow so if we could find street parking we opted for it. Owner was super responsive with one issue we had with entry code. I'd definitely rent this property in the future!
