The apartment's modern, classy and spacious living area opens onto a large balcony overlooking garden beds, beautiful mountains and Mt Coot-tha!
Relax on the sofa watching TV or Netflix on the big flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, cookware and essentials, along with a full sized fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, oven and an extendable dining table to fit 6. With the kitchen stocked with everything needed to entertain, you will be more than happy to spend some nights in! No need to leave the apartment in the morning to get a "real" coffee. There is a coffee machine and pods for guests use.
The main bedroom provides a queen size luxurious bed and pillows, office facilities with desk and chair that opens onto the spacious garden balcony, a large wardrobe area, TV and en-suite.
The second bedroom contains another queen size luxurious bed and pillows with floor to ceiling windows and balcony access overlooking the greenery!
The main bathroom has a large walk in shower and modern vanity. Guests are provided with organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The lounge area has a beautiful feature occasional chair to sit back and relax in along with a large fold out sofa bed to sleep extra guests.
All of our guests and returning guests love the space and the location. Definitely a home away from home.

Things You Need to Know Before You Book:
- We require you to complete a Check in form which includes rental terms and conditions.
- We require a copy of your ID (front and back).
- We require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately.
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges per night per item used

I loved the location, close to everything
This property was in a fantastic location, close to Southbank and to the bus and train service. It had all the little extras that you need when you are away from home. What a fantastic host. ?
We were blown away with this well kept and well equipped apartment. It is in the perfect location with wonderful pool access and so close to all that south bank offers. We met our dear friends for an amazing catch up weekend and had the best time.
Great location, some of the rules were a little strict
Rented property to meet up with our daughter we hadnt seen in 3+ years. It was a wonderful and comfortable place to hang out and catch up. The location was great. Loved walking along the river and enjoyed a few restaurants right in the area.
Had to collect key from Ezi Mart across the road They had no idea we were expected After a phone call —and serving customers , finally got the key Not great after a long drive (5.5 hours)
Two problems-(1) Ninja key who had drop off & pickup responsibilities struggled to be on time once a problem of timing occurred-we were diverted because of a car crash & advised them of our delay but then followed a two hour delay & they probably have staffing problems once the unusual occurs ( but 2 hours!) (2)there is a health issue in the main bedroom-water damage has created mould where carpet has been wet thru rain leakage but also this has been long term-there is rotting timber where the skirting boards have been destroyed& smelly mould is obvious when you walk in-we had to transfer to the second bedroom because of the risk! So overall the key problems were a nuisance at the beginning & the end-you know it is a nice place but we list 3 hours at the start sitting in our car st South bank with my wife not well - & anxious having driven2300 kms from Adelaide-& so my greatest concern is the issue of health for mould problems-& should be dealt with quickly-it is otherwise a lovely spot & it is a shame that this problem has not been addressed-my mobile no is 043888365 thanks Dr Grahame Blanchard

We had an enjoyable stay in this cosy apartment just a 30 second walk to South Bank. A wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants can be found within walking distance. Highly recommended.
Great place at great location. Walking distance to everything around Southbank. Really enjoyed the apartment, and hopefully next time in warmer months to use all the facilities ?
