The Space:

⚠️ Please note: Due to Body Corporate works, the driveway and basement will be closed until 23 May 2026. Basement parking will be unavailable during this time, and guests will need to utilise street parking.

The hall bathroom is shared and features a washing machine/dryer for your convenience. Comfort is assured with air conditioning in the master bedroom and living space, and ceiling fans throughout each bedroom and living spaces. (Please note there is no A/C in bedrooms 2 and 3)

    Th property is clean and although an older building, the unit has been renovated well. Air conditioning is not sufficient to cool the western facing bedrooms though. Close to beach and very quiet on a back street. Good communication from owner. Lovely to find treats in the fridge on arrival. Thankyou, we enjoyed our stay.

    We loved our stay at Headlands Beachside Gem. In the lead up our hosts were really responsive to questions and made sure we had all the information we needed.The apartment matches the photos. It’s so nicely styled, the beds are so comfortable, it’s clean and well stocked.We loved the location, only a small block from the beach and esplanade walk to the main shopping and dining district. Kids loved the pool and the garden and surrounds were lovely.Only issue was our time wasn’t long enough. My family will absolutely love to come back one day soon!
