Hayâl Apartment Kalkan, contempory 3 bed duplex with private pool

Beautiful property, very clean and spacious with plenty of facilities. Netflix, fire stick provided so the nights we stayed in we were spoilt for choice of films to watch and relax. Maintenance, property management, cleaners all friendly and professional. The only negative for us (not the owners fault) is that if you have inconsiderate guests above it will affect your piece.

What an amazing apartment. As a family we have stayed at numerous holiday properties and this property was well-appointed and maintained to the highest standards. The pool was immaculate, providing a refreshing escape during the warm Turkish afternoons. Surrounding the pool was a spacious outdoor area, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The outdoor space also featured comfortable seating and a dining area, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. Inside the apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds and some lovely finishing touches that made it feel like a home away from home. In terms of location its within walking distance to the town, albeit downhill, which made exploring local shops, restaurants incredibly convenient. The walk back isnt for the faint hearted, but getting taxis back was both easy and cheap. Overall, our stay was excellent. The apartment was not only beautiful and well-equipped, but also provided a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

If you appreciate home comforts then Hayal apartment will satisfy all your requirements only it will be coupled with beauty of fantastic Kalkan. The apartment is on 2 levels, has it's own pool with plenty outdoor space even for large families. Having stayed in many villa's in Kalkan over the years I would include this property in the same category as those advertising 'luxurious 3 bed villas'. The property is situated a 10 minute walk where you will reach the old town with the many shopping and dining opportunities to be found before reaching the quaint marina, a lovely walk up can be had or for a reasonable £3 a taxi will take you to the from gate (We used the same taxi via whatsapp and they will meet you within 5-10mins) There is a very well stocked supermarket situated 300mtrs along the road where at the other end there is beautiful options for evening meals & cocktails with sunset views that con't be beaten (If you don't want to take advantage of the BBQ on the patio) The property manager 'Tamer' is 5 minutes away and is available 24/7, very nice gentleman who will assist with any query. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Kalkan to come and appreciate a very well thought out and exceptionally equipped Hayal Apartment, you will be hard pushed to find accommodation at this level at such competitive rates.
