What a wonderful experience! This apartment is absolutely lovely and the owner has thought of everything! It's beautifully decorated, spotless, and quiet. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is well-equipped. We've stayed in many VRBOs and this is one of the best. We would be happy to rent again!

Fantastic stay. Easily accessible to downtown and the north shore. Host really pays attention to the small details that make all the difference.

The unit was very clean and as described. The owner included personal touches such as snacks and holiday mugs with hot chocolate packets. The neighborhood was quiet and the unit had quality mattresses that made for a good night's sleep.

Everything about this place was exceptional! Even if parking was a challenge at time. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect stay. We had so many hardships in our travels by the time we arrived. When we finally did, this just felt like home. Everything is immaculate and cozy. She has thought of every detail. The beds are extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The hosts are very responsive to any and all needs. The property was very nice and location was perfect for our needs, however, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had with a vacation rental. We were treated like children with all the rules posted on the walls of the unit and with the host living downstairs keeping an eye on our every move. We received numerous text messages from the host instructing us on what to do. It was very difficult to relax and enjoy our stay, so much so, we ended up leaving four days early.

Fantastic accommodations that allowed us to comfortably rest and prepare for transferring our daughter to Northwestern Didn’t expect a full flight of stairs - had a lot of luggage b/c of moving daughter into dorm so that was a bit difficult Wonderful and peaceful place that was decidedly needed with the hecticness of college prep!

The property was nice, however the host was very intrusive, enough that I left early. There are so many rules that it makes you uncomfortable to even walk around. The host needs to make it very clear that she lives downstairs, she is so particular that you are essentially under surveillance. This was a horrible experience. The onsite dryer does not work and the water filter (there was a sign) was expired, for the nightly charge things should at least work and you shouldn't have to constantly be bothered by the host. To sum it up, she meet us at the door, and let me know there was a sign for the lock, there are signs everywhere, like kindergarten, expect to be treated the same.

Stylish, renovated apartment with high end finishes. Very clean. The host was stellar in every way. The retail street about three blocks away had a lot of Mexican restaurants, a great Mexican bakery, and a breakfast spot called the Honey Bear Cafe, which I highly recommend. There’s also a natural foods grocery in this retail area.

This freshly remodeled second floor apartment in Rogers Park offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay in Chicago. The breakfast bar seats two comfortably and you'll find all the dishes and cooking utensils you'll need to prepare a meal. We were even treated to a complimentary bottle of wine.

We stayed here for just over a week for our daughter's wedding. The VRBO was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the things we were doing. Judy, the host, was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Really nice space for an extended stay. Clean and thoughtfully decorated. Has all of the amenities you need.

The unit is lovely and very well done. The owner is a nice woman but worries a lot. She was not happy when my flight was early as I showed up an hour early. A wine glass (about a quarter full) fell off the side table which I cleaned up but she was very upset and wanted to repaint the entire wall and steam clean the entire couch although the wine splattered on two inches on the back of the couch which also cleaned up pretty well. Charged for the wine glass and for the coffee pot which I never used.

Had a great time. The place is spectacular.

We needed a central place to stay for a series of family gatherings and this property worked out perfectly for us

We came for a short weekend to visit with our college student. The showers are hot, the neighborhood quiet and the house immaculate. You have to go up stairs to access so it may be challenging with large suitcases, but for weekend carry-ons it is was fine. We did not have any problems finding a place to park on the street. We were also able to walk almost everywhere. It was an enjoyable weekend and we all slept great.

The two bedroom two bathroom upper apartment of the house leaves you wanting for nothing. The owner has everything stocked that you could possibly need home is spotless. There are tons of towels as well as amenities like shampoo, etc. The beds were comfortable both showers and toilets worked perfectly as well as the laundry. we did not use the kitchen as we went out to eat. There were several restaurants within walking distance and even a short trip away. This is the perfect place to say to visit both Chicago and Northwestern University. Highly recommend.
