Harbourside 81 - Stunning Studio Apartment - Harbour Bridge & Opera House Views

The view is absolutely amazing and with the ferry right out the front we never needed to drive anywhere, very happy.

Breathtaking view!!!

Parking was easy, did have some dramas with boom gate not reading my number plate. But these where easily overcome.

This is one of the best possible locations for enjoying Sydney. We loved starting our day with a BBQ by the pool which sits right on the harbour.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The views were lovely and definitely the highlight of the property. The space itself was fairly simple and had most things we needed for a short visit. It served its purpose as a comfortable base for exploring the area. We didn’t use the pool or barbecue. But they looked lovely. Close to public transport.

Awesome location and views. Due to no usual access to parking was difficult with luggage and very tight driveway turns.With usual access would be fine but currently a problem and managed to scrape the front of my car leaving.

Iconic Sydney view, Loved proximity to ferries, little bit of an uphill walk to food/cafes. Best Sydney trip so far. Handy to Luna Park and Kirribili markets. Few old appliances and last occupant had left the dishes a bit greasy. Julie was a very responsive host. Would definitely book again.

Great place

Wouldn’t go there again! The tv is older than me and sheets were grey! The seats at dining room were so cheap that they felt unsafe! Come on Julie lash out a bit eh! When you do I’ll come back and visit

We have regularly patronised the accommodation in this block and previously have really enjoyed our stay , especially the wonderful location . However , this time we were very disappointed because the studio was well below our expected standard . The cleaner had done his job adequately and there were no problems there but unfortunately there were too many other minuses:a) dirty and stained blankets ,b) cheap , thin ill fitting bed linen,c)uncomfortable , cheap dining chairs ,one of which was broken and unusable,d)a broken luggage rack, e)heaters which didn’t work.Unfortunately we will have to think carefully before we patronise the place again .

This was a wonderful place to stay, overlooking the Harbour and iconic Sydney. Close to transport, cafes and restaurants, Julie’s studio is a quiet retreat with all amenities and beautiful views. Easy check-in and checkout, with supportive staff. We loved it and will definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay in this studio apartment. The view was impressive all times of day. Ferry on the doorstep for ease of travelling. Enjoyed the harbour side pool area to relax at the end of our busy day. Would stay again.

The studio apartment is perfect for 2 people. A perfect view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Also, it is located directly across from Luna Park. It is an easy walk to the ferry and takes you to Circular Quay, where all the restaurants and activities start. There is a quaint neighborhood in a 15 minute uphill walk. Definitely would stay there again. Julie is very responsive and helpful.
