Perfectly situated between the stunning Mt Maunganui Beach and Pilot Bay, this modern well-appointed apartment is designed to be your home away from home.



With stunning views of the harbour from fourth floor this 152m2 apartments has a huge open-plan living area, a large well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three generous bedrooms.



The Space:

When you are not relaxing at the apartment a five minuets stroll from this brilliant location will have you at the Mount Main Beach (white sand surf beach crowned the ‘Best Beach in New Zealand’ by TripAdvisor), Pilot Bay (shallow and safe swimming for kids or a walk along the harbour) The Mount Hot Pools (to relax and unwind in the only hot ocean water complex in the world) and the top end of Main Street (where you will find an abundance of top quality cafes and restaurants and an outstanding array of boutique and retail shops).



There are two comfortable queen beds in the master and second bedroom and king singe bunks in the third bedroom with top quality linen and heaps of wardrobe space.



The kitchen is huge and fully stocked to please any home chef, with seating for 8 around the dining room table and bar stools at the kitchen bench.



Unwind on the couch and take in the scenery, or chill out on the deck with the BBQ cooking dinner in the background on comfortable outdoor seating while watching the boats sail past in the harbour from the forth floor deck.

There is elevator access from the secure two space basement carpark so park up the car and forget about it, as we’ve got all your beach holiday expectations within an easy walk.

Other Things to Note:

Please note the cleaning fee includes:

- Pre and post stay clean.

- Commercial laundering and supply of all linen including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, face cloths, hand towels and tea towels.

- Basic supplies and consumables, such as pantry items; shampoo, conditioner & body wash; coffee, tea & sugar etc.

- Rubbish & recycling removal.

3 night minimum for all long weekends

4 night minimum Easter weekend

5 night minimum December 22nd-Jan 4th



Cancellations on ANY THIRD PARTY SITE that is not Airbnb will incur a credit card charge regardless of cancellation policy. The host will send the guest a break down showing the non-refundable credit card fee.



The government has recently added a 15% occupancy tax to all holiday properties - we have adjusted the prices as much as possible to accomodate for this new tax.

Our apartment is fully managed which means all linen is commercially laundered & ironed, the apartment is professionally cleaned to hotel-standard before and after your stay and we have a dedicated local Property Manager who is available to help in any way, be it local knowledge of must-see & dos, recommendations of cafes and restaurants to just sorting out those occasional enquires or issues you may have.

    Fabulous location, lovely waterviews with loads of space! The apartment is close to the beach, Pilot Bay and bars and cafes. We had a great time!

    We had 2 families of 4 with teenagers. Super roomy apartment in awesome location near hot pools and the mount itself. We were able to walk almost everywhere. Well appointed and great property manager. Secure parking with space for our bikes was a bonus.

    Not only a perfect location for the beach and shops the apparent was perfect for our group. Super comfy beds, open living spaces, exceptionally clean and everything we needed for cooking up a storm was perfect for our girlies weekend away. We will defiantly be back.

    This apartment is wonderful, it has everything you need - well stocked kitchen, outdoor furniture, kids games. Everything was clean and tidy and well arranged for us. Unfortunately someone was parked in one of the allocated spaces, but the manager tried to help us with that.

    The property looks big in the images but is better in person. The outside area is covered which was very handy for us given the weather at the time of our visit. Within 24 hours of arriving, we had already discussed rebooking. One of the car spaces was occupied already by someone else, this did not bother us too much as there was on road parking available. It was helpful that there was more than one key available too. Very nice stay, will definitely be back.
