This recently updated, fifth-floor stay offers a welcoming and laidback getaway while you discover Darwin or simply enjoy a relaxing staycation, with a bright, open layout and a large private balcony to soak up spectacular views of the nearby parkland and waterfront.

An airy and inviting kitchen, dining and living area features a fresh, neutral colour palette and coastal-inspired furnishings. Here you’ll find everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, a four-seater table and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Choose to kick back on the sofa with your favourite TV series in air-conditioned comfort or head out to the balcony for a glass of wine at sunset, where a spacious outdoor setting, seating six to eight guests, provides the perfect spot to sizzle up a BBQ while enjoying elevated views overlooking Darwin Harbour. A home office caters to maximum productivity with a sit-stand desk, cooling and a cloth arm chair to cosy up on in between meetings

Two spacious bedrooms provide a comfortable retreat for up to four guests. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a practical walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with split system air-conditioning and ceiling fans, encouraging a pleasant sleep. The second bathroom features a combination bath and shower, adding an additional layer of relaxation to your stay.

Added conveniences include secure parking for two cars, and a washing machine and dryer. You’ll also have access to the building’s shared spaces including a pool and BBQ area.

We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request three days before you arrive.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the shared BBQ and pool area. Please make yourselves at home!

Your stay adjoins Bicentennial Park, a popular green space offering a playground, exercise equipment and shared paths for walking and cycling. Here you can take a scenic waterfront stroll along the palm-lined Esplanade and discover plenty of spots to picnic on the grass. Mindil Beach Sunset Market, held from April to October, is a great way to make the most of balmy evenings alfresco and is a five-minute drive from your stay. Other local attractions include Charles Darwin National Park and Lookout, where you’ll find stunning wetlands and scenic walking trails, and the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

A mid-stay cleaning fee of $200 for every scheduled clean will be applied to reservations with more than 14 days of stay. The mid-stay cleaning includes change of linen, light cleaning of the property, and checking for any issues that may have been incurred during the stay, and this will be scheduled every fortnight until you check out. A mid-stay cleaning fee will apply and will be charged separately.
