Stayed Nov 29, 2019I liked the full kitchen with dishes and utensils. Studio apartment layout and decor reminded me of being back in Europe. Hardware in bathroom needs to be re-tightened.

Stayed Oct 16, 2019This property was cozy and accommodated all our needs. Very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location! Only negative is I could see parking hard to come by in peak season. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 3, 2019Pro: Location. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Plush towels, comfortable bedding, and well equipped kitchen. Welcome gift was appreciated. Con: The unit was very tight with all the furnishings provided. Two people could not pass in the kitchen area. Limited space around the king size bed. Limited seating area. Wifi was intermittent. View of the harbor was beautiful from French doors, however, do to other guests parking in front of the unit, we were unable to see. During a busy season parking will be difficult to find

Stayed Nov 28, 2024I loved staying here and would absolutely stay again. Marta was very responsive and very generous leaving a nice assortment of treats for me upon arrival. The location is is perfect, right downtown with everything in walking distance.

Stayed Oct 27, 2023What a perfect location!.. Even sitting on the sofa, you have clear view of the water. The excellent food at the Butler is across the street, and most of the shops and bars downtown are a block or two away. Second year we've visited the free silent disco at the city event center. The property is a comfortable home-away-from-home that we thoroughly enjoyed for a 3 day weekend.

Stayed Aug 3, 2023Extremely well-located near the hustle and bustle of the town, while being sort of tucked away and definitely quiet at night. Host was super gracious (including leaving wine and snacks!) and was a great communicator.

Stayed May 12, 2023This was a bad places we have stayed. We were welcome with goodies which was awesome. The rental is perfect for two people. Quaint cottage in the perfect location on water Street close to everything. You don’t even need to get in your car ; walk to great restaurants and shops! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.
