Harbor Steps w/ WATER Views - Walk to Stadium/Restaurants - So Much Space!

We had a great stay at this property. The view was worth every penny. Location was perfect for walking around and being without a car. Will definitely recommend.

Great property. Location was excellent.

The place was really great with incredible views. The only downfall to this place was the parking . Parking garage was difficult to find and should have very specific directions on how to locate. Easier to drop off your party and park the car separately . Parking garage is also extremely narrow so larger vehicles may have difficulty getting around in there . Otherwise the location was absolutely perfect and right down the street from Everything.

View was amazing

Absolutely perfect location for downtown Seattle experience. The views overlooking the bay were phenomenal as well. Kitchen had just the right items to take care of meals when not eating out. And even though we were in the middle of things, the sound didn’t intrude unless windows were open. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Parking challenge was navigating the garage but access to and from was very easy.

A wonderful apartment in the PERFECT location. Conveniently located on a short walk from the waterfront, three blocks from Pike’s Place Market, and one block from public transportation, the location could not be better. Communication was excellent and the check-in/check-out process was clear and easy to follow. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of space. Everything is thoughtfully curated with the guest experience in mind-right down to umbrellas for guests to use. This was a five star experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Seattle!

We have stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, the apartment is huge and has everything you need, and the host is very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was great. Reasonable paid parking in underground garage. We didn’t have to move our car once we checked in. It was very clean. I would’ve loved for the unit to have some rugs. There was only one by the sofa. The bathrooms, bdrms & kitchen felt bare and cold. Great stay overall!

Location was perfect. The views were spectacular.

Overall good. Great location. The only frustration is that most electrical outlets only work with one connection, and the ones in the 2nd bedroom only worked when lights were turned on.

This property sells itself by virtue of it’s location alone! On the plus side, the view from floor 22 (of 25) if the waterfront and city is magnificent - day and night. The location is also centered on Pike Market and many fine restaurants. On the negative side, the beds in both bedrooms are completely worn out - way too soft and supported by jury-rigged lumber . . . and the place could use a good cleaning.

Excellent location. Nice view from the small balcony on the 22 floor. Great instructions for finding unit and checking in. A few hiccups during stay (main Roku unit wasn’t working - unit manager, Debra was very responsive and after determining that it was broken vs user error, she ordered a new Roku device and we went to Target, picked it up and installed it. Whew!) second hiccup was some seriously filthy fans which again were quickly addressed and cleaned. Lastly was the fact that - on the last day- I realized that there were no hair dryers in the unit- too late for the administration to do anything about it for us but I’m sure the next guests will have new ones installed. All in all I would stay there again.

Location was great. Apartment could use some refreshing. Beds were uncomfortable. Apartment was clean and very convenient to restaurants, attractions and transportation.

Great apartment buildings. Lots of amenities, which is nice. We knew ahead of time there was no AC, but in the prime time of summer months, it would be really nice to have an AC unit at least in the back bedroom as it is very hot and stuffy, even with fans. (One did not function, but others did so it was bearable). Window in back room does not open (not disclosed in description) so not great ventilation in the apartment. Other than that the stay was awesome. Thank you.

The location of this rental was superb for our visit. Close to restaurants, waterfront, and baseball games. The unit was well set up for our needs. The only downside and reason for overall rating is the lack of air conditioning which proved to be difficult during our stay.The unit was very hot and took all night to cool down. This would’ve been good to know prior to booking.

Great condo with amazing views. Beautiful place with plenty of amenities, gym, lounge etc. Located near the waterfront and Pike Place. The views from the deck are incredible!The host company was great with communication and answered right away.Would stay here again the next time we are in Seattle

Beautiful place with great views! The apartment was very clean and well kept, felt very safe. Easy to get to places around downtown by walking. We got a bit hot in the evening due to no A/C but it was also like 95 degrees out once it cooled down a bit it wasn’t so bad. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay and felt the condo had everything we needed. Easy to walk to all the top spots!

We rented the unit for a quick weekend in Seattle. The location for us was perfect for a show at the Showbox and a quick Uber to Lumen Field. Having a Starbucks in the building was a plus. The view was amazing! We will definitely stay with this property again.

The Location was perfect. The ferry, Pike Place Market, shops, art museum, restaurants, bars were at our fingertips. The apt. was clean spacious and accomodated 3 older women nicely. Everyone was friendly. We will return.

Beautiful views, very clean and great location.

This property was perfectly located for all we wanted to do. Had just enough amenities and supplies that we needed. Much bigger than expected. The nook worked perfectly for my boys. I was afraid they wouldn’t feel like they had enough privacy but they were great. The view is amazing. Perfect for early morning and late night things to do. Walkable to the ferry. It was perfect. I want to live here!

Awesome location

Our condo was perfect for our 4 day stay in Seattle! The location is spot on with the Diller Room across the street, Starbucks and Skillet within steps, easy access to the waterfront and Pikes Place. Symphony light rail station is close by as well. The views from inside the condo were captivating! The kitchen had everything we needed, comfortable beds and couches, really pretty perfect overall. We will be staying here again!
