Harbor Steps - A Block to Pike Place Market - Full Water Views are Breathtaking!

We were very happy with our stay here. From the moment we walked in, we were drawn to the windows to see the views! Being able to sit and watch the water, ships, mountains and people was SO much fun! If you like a place with a spectacular view, then this is the one for you! Great location next to the water front, and downtown. It was easy to walk to so many places to eat and shop, and it felt safe having all the exterior doors to the building being locked all the time! We would come back in a heartbeat!

We came to Seattle for the weekend and stayed here. It is even better than it looks in the photos. We would stay here again just for the view and quality of the apartment, but the location is also amazing. We didn't have to drive anywhere as destinations like the art museum, waterfront, Irish pubs, great restaurants, and Park Place Market are within a couple of blocks. We also rented the parking place offered as we drove here and would advise others with cars to do the same as the street and lot parking is time limited and very expensive.

We had a wonderful stay.The atmosphere was so nice with plenty of activities, restaurants, bar, brewery and shopping galore. There was never a dull moment as a matter of fact we will need to come back to participate in other activities that we could not get to. And our host, Debra was amazingly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. She accommodated all requests with grace and excellent customer service. We highly recommend this place and have already highlighted this place to our friends and family members

Views were amazing, walls are paper thin so talking with family was not liked by the neighbors, also the door going to the patio has no stop so it slams shut very loud. Other than that it was great.

Great location and phenomenal views of the harbor all the way to Bainbridge Island from this 16th floor unit. No AC so be aware of that if you are in Seattle during warmer weather.

Property is in an excellent location. Literally walking steps to the boardwark! The listing did indicate that there was no AC - we were prepared for that. However the property faces west so the late afternoon evening sun really did heat up the property. The living room was missing a few blinds so we were unable to fully block out the sun. The property did come with multiple fans which we did appreciate.

Phenomenal location!! You weren’t kidding when you said your place was just steps from everything. We walked to every destination…football game, baseball game, opening of the water front celebration, Pike Place Market, whale watching tour, and excellent restaurants. The room was perfect for our visit, with all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Location couldn’t be better! Views of the Ferris wheel and ferries coming and going were on point! Liked being able to swing by Pike place for coffee in the mornings before the crowds.

This is a fabulous property! The location and view were incredible. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

Location cannot be beat! I came with my two teenage daughters for a 3 day Seattle stay. Pros of the property started with the ease of using the Link train from the airport and being dropped off literally two blocks away. You can watch the action of the waterfront from the balcony and walk there in minutes. Pikes Place is a few blocks away. Can also walk a few blocks to the monorail to go to the Space Needle. The condo has a memory foam mattress that serves as the third sleeping option and it was perfectly fine in the living room. No AC, but fans and windows open at night cooled the place off. Enjoyed the balcony for coffee mornings very much. Our downside was with the windows open and the location so close to everything, there’s a lot of road noise at night. I did sleep with earplugs to lessen this. (And boat horns during the day)

This property was perfect for two of us wanting to be close to downtown Seattle attractions! The communication from the property manager was excellent with very clear directions about check-in/check-out, along with more information about the property. The views from the property and especially from the balcony were spectacular, and we were easily able to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to see. Since the weather was still cool, the lack of A/C wasn't an issue for us, as the multiple fans provided in the property were able to be set up to move the air from the windows throughout the apartment. The exercise facility on property was a bonus for us, and the restaurant options within easy walking distance were also a perk. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

This was my second stay at Harbor Steps with Picture Properties, and it did not disappoint. The location is unbeatable- just a couple minutes on foot to Pike’s Place Market. Views of Puget Sound from the property are incredible. Units are clean and checking in/out is easy.

Easy to arrive from airport by Link with one block walk with suitcase. Great view and restaurants nearby! Everything you need provided. Book it!

An excellent location right downtown. Apartment is in an older property, but the view is incomparable. Buildings have a 24-hour door person at the main entrance and provide a secure, comfortable location. Being able to shop at Pike's for the catch of the day and cook it up in a well-appointed kitchen was just what we wanted. We feasted at the dining table in front of a view of Elliott Bay. The sheltered balcony was a cozy place to enjoy the fresh air! We'll visit again!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo beautiful.

We were lured in by the pictures. We were very disappointed in the condition and furnishing of the condo. It felt unkept, the bedding was dated and not comfortable, the pillows were very fiat and were missing some pillowcases. The bathroom was in disrepair not feeling very clean and the towels were very cheap and not nice. The air was very stagnant, the provided fan was not sufficient for comfortable sleeping. The living room lighting was falling apart and didnt have light bulbs.
