Haney Hideaway

We absolutely LOVED staying at Haney Hideaway. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and vey near interstate highways and local shopping. The cottage is so cute, with a full kitchen, private entrance, private fenced in patio with furniture, grill and a cozy firepit. Small but perfect for two people and pet friendly! It was beyond clean, with hard flooring rather than a scary carpet. We cannot say enough about this cottage!

This has to be one of our favorite VRBO home away from home ever!! Absolutely everything about this place was wonderful!! It’s truly stocked with everything you would need for a great little get away! The owners were so kind also!

Everything was fantastic! Very welcoming place, clean and modern. Kitchen was fully stocked and things labeled for easy finding. The patio was lovely even though it was winter and we didn't get to sit out and enjoy it. Great communication from the hosts. Can't say enough good things, and if we're in the area again we would absolutely stay there.

The property exceeded our expectations! It was clean, cozy, and the decor had all the right touches that made us feel instantly at home. From the lint rollers to games, fire pit, and blender we had a nice relaxing stay. Thank you Strand Family!

So nice to have a jumping off point that was comfortable, clean and homey. We loved bringing our dog and enjoying the little walks around the neighborhood.

This beautiful spot is rightfully named “Haney Hideaway”. We had everything we needed and then some! The location couldn’t have been any better because it is accessible to everything in the area but we also looked forward to returning to the Hideaway to spend the evening relaxing on the great patio space while listening to nature. When we are back in the area we hope they have an opening!

This is our 2nd time staying at Haney Hideaway and we love it. Indoors and outdoor space very comfortable. The privacy and the convenience is awesome. Thank you again for a comfortable place to stay. See you again in the spring. Theresa & Regina

Just can’t find much but superlatives to say. Clean and well decorated. All the essentials were provided and a snack basket. Comfy bed. Darling patio. The room is attached to the house so we heard our hosts muffled conversations and the dog barking.

Property was a great stay! Would not hesitate to stay there again if we find ourselves in the area!

We loved this Vrbo! Very clean and thoughtfully stocked. Nice family…they live upstairs but we had plenty of privacy. Matt and Whitney made the check in very seem less and easy. They provided lots of info on the city, such as things to do and places to eat. We felt very comfortable there and would definitely stay at Haney Hideaway again.

We stayed 6 nights to enjoy the Colorado Springs and surrounding area! Perfect location! The basement apartment was exactly as it shows online. Very updated and nice to stay in. The bed was very comfortable. In a nice neighborhood and close to many restaurants. We would definitely recommend it!

My wife and I very much enjoyed staying at the Haney Hideaway…roomy, spacious, and located a short distance from all the great things to do in Colorado Springs…a big shout out to the hosts of this property…y’all are doing a great job!

We loved loves staying here! It had everything you could nees or want and it was so clean and beautiful! Quiet Neighborhood and so close to everything we wanted to go do. Matt was so great with helping us decide on food places and finding good fireworks in the area. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely be back!
