Fully loaded coffee bar with to-go cups. Dinner table / workstation. High-speed WiFi. 75 inch Smart 4K TV in the living room.

LINENS & TOWELS PROVIDED
Bath towels (2 per guest), hand towels (2 per guest), washcloths (1 per guest), and clean linens, quilts, and pillows. Note: there is no washer/dryer in this unit, but laundromats are nearby. For stays of 7+ nights, we provide one complimentary refresh of towels and sheets upon request.

COMPLIMENTARY STARTER SUPPLIES
Toilet paper (2 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers, kitchen sponge, dish soap, and trash bags (3 per bin). We provide a starter supply of coffee and essentials; guests are responsible for replenishing additional supplies as needed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. A complimentary 1-hour early check-in or late checkout may be available with prior approval; additional hours are $25/hour (up to 2 hours), and unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will be charged $50/hour. We do not offer refunds outside of the standard cancellation policy; trip insurance is recommended for extra peace of mind. This is Florida, so it's normal to see the occasional bug even with regular pest control and cleaning. The property is monitored by exterior security cameras for safety; there are no cameras inside the home.
