Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of issues that greatly impacted my comfort and safety. Firstly, we encountered refrigerator and freezer problems that persisted for two days before they were eventually resolved. This inconvenience was followed by a disruptive incident during which the fire alarm system malfunctioned, resulting in a continuous low buzzing sound. Despite my attempts to mitigate the issue by removing the battery, the problem persisted throughout the night. Regrettably, no one from the maintenance team was available to address the situation promptly. Due to these ongoing issues and the lack of timely resolution, I felt compelled to check out of the property at 1 a.m. This experience left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of service provided by your staff, particularly the host who oversaw my stay. In light of these circumstances, I must express that this was one of the worst hosting experiences I have encountered. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these issues and prevent similar occurrences in the future to ensure the satisfaction and safety of your guests. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps you plan to take to address these concern.

Since we sold our condo in Sunny Isles we have been staying at the Hyde Beach House pretty regularly. We love the property, especially the pool area, gym and beach access. The location is excellent and a 2 min drive to everything you might need for your stay. This particular vacay was just my hubby & I so a 1 bedroom was all we needed, it was clean, comfortable and safe. We will be back!

Unit was perfect and location was good…right across the street from the beach. Was nice to have chairs and umbrellas included.

Good , the condo could have been a little more clean but overall experience was good

Pretty clean. Loved the size of the room. Balcony was beautiful and peaceful to sit out on during the day and night. Only annoying thing was the paper kiddie wristbands the property managers wanted us to wear. Valet fees and resort fees not included.
