Large and bright apartment on the mezzanine floor of a small building, located on a quiet private road between the center and the suggestive lakefront of Mandello del Lario. Ideal for families or groups of 6 people, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, just a short walk from the main attractions and just a 7-minute walk from the train station.
Interior spaces:
The apartment consists of:

A large living room with dining area and sofa bed
A kitchen. > A spacious bathroom.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a desk. All mattresses have recently been replaced to ensure maximum comfort.

On request, we provide crib and high chair for babies. The decor is an elegant combination of modern and antique furniture, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Outdoor spaces and access:
The building has a large fenced courtyard. Guests have access to the entire apartment and can use wires to lay in the back of the yard. Free parking is available along the private road.
Location and transport:
The house is easily accessible both by car and by public transport. From the provincial road 72 you can easily access the car park, while the train station is about 600 meters away along a pleasant flat road. Nearby there is a convenient supermarket for every need.
Mandello del Lario:
Mandello del Lario, located on the shores of the eastern branch of Lake Como, is famous for being the historic headquarters of Moto Guzzi. The city center offers an authentic atmosphere with restaurants, bars and local shops, while the lakefront offers enchanting views and opportunities for walks or moments of relaxation.
Nature lovers can explore the trails of Grigna, one of the most iconic mountains in the area, or have fun with water activities on the lake. The strategic position of Mandello del Lario allows you to easily visit other places on Lake Como, such as Varenna, Bellagio and Lecco.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina.

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement.
