This 50m² property is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs.

Wooden flooring and multiple windows throughout the house add warmth and a sense of cosiness to the flat, enabling guests to feel at home.

Relax in the well-lit living room with a convertible sofa bed facing an LCD Cable TV. If you fancy dining in, there's an attached dining area where you can eat meals with loved ones!

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a toaster, so you can prepare homemade meals.

The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe for your belongings and complimentary hotel-quality linens all at your disposal.

The modern bathroom has all the basic amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Santos, a former waterside district full of tiny houses with wrought-iron balconies, is known to be a lively district. Home to IADE (Lisbon's Institute of Visual Arts, Marketing and Design), Santos has been attracting the attention of architects and artists, who have established a hip community of glossy shops and cafés, many along the marina.

Old mansions were remade into luxury hotels, which blend seamlessly with the surrounding 18th-century residential buildings. Many Santos industrial warehouses have been turned into contemporary creative and cultural hubs. Santos's palaces, old churches, and streets are also well-maintained.

Due to the district's rich history, the Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga (Museum of Ancient Art) is well-known as one of the must-visit attractions in Lisbon.

Remember to visit the Rocha De Conde Obidos Viewpoint, which offers a stunning view of the port's commercial area, the Tagus River, the 25 de Abril Bridge, and Cristo Rei.

My home is easily accessible by public transport.

- The nearest tram stop, Cais da Rocha (15E, 18E), is 6 mins walk from the flat.
- The nearest train station, Santos (The Cascais Line) is 10 mins away by foot.
- Several buses service the area.

The number 15 tram is the most popular tram route in Lisbon and extends from the Praça da Figueira to the Jardim de Algés. For visitors, this is an extremely useful tram route, as it connects the Baixa district (and central Lisbon) to the Belem district.

Belem should not be missed during your stay in Lisbon and contains many of the city’s most iconic monuments including the Torre de Belém, Mosteiro dos Jerónimos and Padrão dos Descobrimentos. The Belem district is not connected to the metro network, and the E15 tram is the most convenient means of travel to Belem from central Lisbon.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
