GuestReady - Streamside happiness near the river

We had a good stay in Lisbon despite a country wide 12 hrs power outage . The apartment is specious and clean . It is close to Time out market. There are a few minor problems with the apartment during our stay : one toilet had problems flushing , water too hot for comfortable shower, a towel rack fell of the wall The host responded to our questions quickly and these problems were fixed .I would recommend this place to my friends .

We had no hot water for the majority of the stay. It took dozen messages and over 24 hours to fix the issueGuestReady is one of the worst experiences Ive had in the world

These people will take your money and they don’t care what happens to you once you’re there. When we arrived, we noticed a few minor problems such as the slap happy cleaning, very thin, threadbare and small towels rolled up on the beds, the towel rod in the bathroom had fallen off, the sink blocked in one bathroom and the toilet rocking off the wall in the other. This certainly didn’t look as lovely as the photos but we liked the location. We paid for the night before we needed the place so that we wouldn’t have to wait for a check in when we arrived. Two hours into our stay, we noticed that there was no heat or hot water. We messaged and we were put off until the following day where it took almost the entire day for them to get someone in, only to tell us that the boiler was irreparable. They then offered us a one bedroom, that sleeps 2 people for us (but we are a family of 3 adults), 40 minutes from the current apt. Not acceptable. When it came time to refund, they deducted 1/3 of the fees to cover cleaning and 2 nights stay, when we were literally only there for 12 hours. We had to find our own place, once we were already there, in a foreign city. Imagine the stress of this. We lost our first full day of vacation, 1/3 of the fees and froze all night with no showers after such a long traveling day/night. Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about this place. Seriously, you will have nothing but a headache

Location is great but apartment lacks details to make the stay perfect.
