The apartment is located in the prestigious Elviria area, known for having some of the best fine sandy beaches in all of Marbella. It's an area that perfectly combines residential tranquility with an excellent range of leisure activities. Just a short drive away you'll find internationally renowned beach clubs (like Nikki Beach), the Santa María Golf Club for golf enthusiasts, and the Aventura Amazonia zip line park, ideal for families. In addition, a wide variety of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants with excellent local and international cuisine are very close to the accommodation.


Thanks to its location on the Costa del Sol, getting around is very easy:
Car: This is the most recommended option to take advantage of the complex's elevated position and explore the surrounding area. Marbella town center is just 15 minutes away by car.


House Rules and Guidelines (Strict)
Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be automatically denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: It is essential to respect the neighbors' rest between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with/disconnecting the device will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
No Smoking: Strictly prohibited both inside the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken to the containers located outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the initial reservation.
