I am shocked that this company host even asked for a review!! We left two days prior to our checked out date of 15/11/22 because of the uncleanliness, poor maintenance, sewer smell from bath pipes, filthy bathroom and lack of basic supplies. The apartment should not be allowed to be rented until all of these issues are addressed and fixed.

I was all set to make reservations for my trip in late September but not after this. You weren't upfront about the smell in the apartment, the move out date and the construction below the apartment. You are very, very slow about refunding the deposit and very, very slow about responding to everything.

When the gentleman come to let us in,He knew immediately the problems in the apartment. The bath rooms was not cleaned properly, the smell from the drain was overwhelming. The mechanism for the drapes didn’t worked, curtains just hanging off the rails. No soap for the dishwasher’s ,no kitchen towels paper or cloth. Area rugs had big stains, in the living room and bedrooms. Outside area was not much better tables and chairs was not wipe off and was dirt just sweep on the corner. The host promise to send someone that same day to fix the problems, no one show up,the next day again, was a nightmare to shower in doe’s bathrooms shower floor so dirty, mold in all the corners,horrible. I was text the host all the time since the moment we checked in.just promise to send someone and nothing happen,ever timer we enter the place the smell from the drain in the hall bath was just to much,for us to handle. We checked out 2 days prior to the check out day, got in touch with the host let her know we can’t take anymore, got a hotel and had to have one more expense but needed to relax, before we came home. The entire time the experience was just to much to handle, the towels in the bathroom was old stained and smelled bad. I wish the management off this property pay more attention, and when they promise to send someone to fix the problems just do it, the gentleman that was there was on the phone with them so they new the problems, but didn’t care. I just hope this not happen to anyone else,was a horrible experience.

I gave detailed feedback to the property manager regarding the checkin process and several shortcomings of the apartment. I can’t compare it with other Lisbon properties, as this was the only one I stayed at. The neighborhood is very noisy, and that needs to be considered when choosing to rent this unit.

The property was in a great location for walking around Lisbon. Convenient parking across the street if you are coming by car. The terrace is wonderful for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. Lots of restaurants in the area. Only downside, is that because of the busy area, it is a little noisy. Overall, great property

The property was as listed. It was very well decorated, well kept and clean. Diogo helped us get settled in . The location was convenient. The only glitch was in procession payment, and for some reason my payment did not go through, but it all worked out in the end. The bedrooms are small but adequate.

This property has a lot of potential, but several things detracted from the quality of the accommodations. On the plus side, the balcony of the apartment was the highlight of the stay--very spacious and comfortable. Nice to sit outside and watch the world go by on the street. The bathrooms were modern but on the small side. Bedrooms were fine and beds were comfortable. The negatives were that the furnishings could be updated. Most of the rugs in the apartment were heavily stained. The living room area is very small with only a two-person loveseat and a single chair for seating. It would be nice to have basic supplies for the kitchen. There was dish soap but nothing to use it on to clean the dishes. A sponge and a roll of paper towels would be great. Lastly, the area tends to be very loud at night with groups of revelers shouting in the streets on and off throughout the night, up until 5-6 AM. Made it impossible to keep the windows open at night to get fresh air unless you had earplugs. I know that is not a fault of the property since much of Lisbon has similar issues, but prospective clients should know so they can plan accordingly. Lastly, the property management company left a lot to be desired. They did not respond promptly to email communications, and did not provide entry instructions until a few hours before we were able to check in. We arrived early AM the day we checked in and I asked if we could get an early check-in. They replied--AFTER we had already checked--saying it was not possible, but that they had a luggage storage service if we needed it. That would have been nice--only problem was it was in Porto, not Lisbon! If these issues were remedied, I think the apartment would be a great place to stay during a trip to Lisbon.
