Tastefully decorated, this lovely house with 535m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features comfortable sofas where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows. There is also another dining room with a table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up adelicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

There are four bedrooms. There are two rooms with a queen bed and a wardrobe on the ground floor and two other rooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and another with a queen bed and two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Please note that you need to climb the stairs to the upper rooms.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries. One bathroom is in the annexe that supports the swimming pool, and there are two bathrooms inside the house.

There is a swimming pool and a BBQ area in the garden that you can also use.

The house is always professionally cleaned before your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is surrounded by various attractions, such as the historic Castro de São Lourenço, the entertainment complex Esposende 2000, and the beautiful Praia de Suave Mar beach. Guests can also enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants like Shore House and O Buraco or grab a drink at one of the local bars. With its great location, this property is the perfect base for exploring the city and its offerings.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.
The Humberto Delgado Airport is just a 35-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax)

The use of the premises for commercial, industrial, professional, or business activities, cryptocurrency mining, operation of high-consumption equipment, or any other purpose that does not fall within residential use is expressly prohibited.
