Ground Floor: You are welcomed by a stylish living room featuring an eco-friendly heating system for extra comfort, and a premium king-size sofa bed (160x200 cm). You will also find a fully equipped, modern kitchen with convenient USB-A and USB-C wall outlets.

First Floor: A generous master bedroom awaits you, featuring two built-in wardrobes, a charming small private terrace, and a full en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Attic (Top Floor): A private retreat offering twin beds (two 80x200 cm beds), a modern bathroom with a rain shower, and access to a large, gorgeous terrace—the perfect spot to relax and share great moments throughout the day.

Guests have access to the entire property/apartment. You will have the entire townhouse to yourself. For your convenience, there is a 24/7 underground parking garage located just 40 meters away (next to the nearby hotel).

Located in the highly sought-after 41001 postal district (the most premium area of the city center), the house sits perfectly between the Arenal and Museo neighborhoods. Arenal is well known for its outstanding restaurants and vibrant nightlife, while the Museo area is quieter but full of charming boutique shops and conveniences. Despite being steps away from everything, the street itself is incredibly peaceful. Additionally, there is a walk-in medical center just a 2-minute walk away, and an Original Version (O.V.) cinema right next door.

Getting here couldn't be easier. The airport bus stop (super affordable and quick round trips) is located right across the street from the property. You won't have to drag your luggage across the city!

Smoking is prohibited both inside the accommodations and throughout the rest of the building.

Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The accommodation has a noise sensor, configured according to local regulations regarding decibel levels. Noise levels may exceed 75 dB after 10:00 PM. Tampering with or exceeding the noise limit of the device (removing it from its location) will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

No one other than those on the reservation is allowed in the accommodation or the building.

Online check-in is mandatory for all guests aged 14 and over.

The accommodation must be left in the same condition as when you arrived: clean and tidy. Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building. If there are wet towels, please lay them flat on a chair.

If you find any item in the accommodation broken or in poor condition, please report it immediately through this channel.
