Stayed Sep 11, 2025We really enjoyed our stay in CdA. Location is great - walkable down to the lake, Sherman Avenue as well as around midtown to all the great restaurants & grocery stores, and quick access to the freeway. The guesthouse was perfect for us in every way. Exceptionally clean and comfortable for the two of us, with a nice sitting area outside.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This is a beautiful apartment above the garage which is behind the main house. We walked to midtown, downtown and the lake. The host was excellent in communication through the entire process.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024Hosts were very easy to communicate with and home was wonderful with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Location was close to many restaurants and attractions, the ride to the lake was about 3 minutes. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area and would recommend their home to anyone else looking for a nice place to stay!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Great place to stay. It was very clean and the owners are very nice. Location is great with easy on street parking but a bike lane between your parked vehicle and traffic. Definitely will look for it if I need to stay in CDA again.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024A very nice apartment above a detached garage. Perfect for us while my husband worked in town and I visited our son & daughter-in-law. It was clean and quiet on a pretty neighborhood street.
