Stayed Aug 21, 2024Extremely slow responses from the management, and stressful check-in. If management was better this could be a great apartment. The management seems to not care about the customers. On the next day from my arrival, because it was very hot and there is no AC, I had to do a very small laundry, just a few underwear, and it got stuck in their broken washing machine. It took 2 days to get some manager to look at it. The manager came by in my absence (with my permission, because I was in Pisa for 2 days only and couldn't sit and wait for 2 days). He said that I overloaded the machine, which was a lie, and that I have to pay 75 euros to get my clothes out, and also pay for mailing it to me. I told the management that their person is lying. It's been few days after I checked out, and I didn't hear anything from the management about retrieving my clothes. Also, they list in the instructions that after 9:00 pm there is 25 euro charge for check-in while there is a lockbox, and you can let yourself in anytime you arrive, just use a code to open the lockbox, and open the entry door. It was very stressful worrying that my flight could be delayed, and I have to pay extra just to check-in. This management just doesn't care!
