The space

The suite is fully stocked with all of the culinary essentials to bring out your “Inner Chef” and throughout has all of the little comforts of home. Enjoy modern amenities such as air conditioning & heating that ensures you will have ideal climate control for each floor. This suite offers a BBQ grill, indoor laundry, full service kitchen, solid surface counters, along with new appliances- including a dishwasher. Upstairs has a quite bedroom with a comfy queen bed and en suite. The Living Room/Studio is comfortably setup with fresh flowers, overstuffed Queen Sofa Sleeper, large flat screen Smart TV, throw blankets and a comfy arm chair. For everyone's' comfort, the downstairs offers a full restroom with walk in shower.
We want your stay to be a relaxing fun experience for all ages. We provide cards, board games, kids toys, pack-n-play (upon request), propane for the BBQ, beach chairs, beach towels and boogie board for your enjoyment.
For those looking to work in comfort we offer multiple areas to set up. For peak productivity we offer AT&T Fiber Internet WIFI to meet all of your streaming needs. There are four comfortable dining chairs, with added seating for 2 at the kitchen peninsula. The quiet sun lit bedroom offers a lovely work area, en suite bathroom, and private balcony.
Parking is super easy, as you can park right in the driveway and there is plenty of free street parking available. However; you may not need a car as this property is so ideally located to most places, easily utilizing Lift/Uber/taxi transportation for a fraction of a car rental.
My home is located in a prime location just 3 blocks to Balboa Park, 10 minutes to the beach and walking distances to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and nightlife!
Downtown Hillcrest .6 miles, Little Italy 1.5 mile, Downtown Gas Lamp District 2.2 miles & the Airport is just 3.2 miles! Great place to stay.
We really enjoyed this home. Pride of ownership shows in the quality craftsmanship displayed in this refurbished home. There was attention to detail in not only the renovation, but also in the decor and how well stocked it is for guests. From fresh flowers on the table, a well stocked kitchen, water bottles in the fridge, bathroom amenities, the washer and drier to the nice patio out back, you’ll enjoy this home away from home.
Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful rental property. It was very comfortable and came equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards (which our boys loved the most). The property was close to everything and made it easy to get around. We look forward to making another trip to San Diego!
