Sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably.
Each apartment includes:

Full bathroom with towels, soap, and essentials

Private entrance and dedicated HVAC in each unit

Guest Access
You’ll have exclusive access to all 6 units during your stay. Each apartment is self-contained with a private entrance and not shared with other guests. The apartments are in the same building or complex, making it easy for group coordination while preserving personal space.

Access is contactless via smart locks, and early/late check-in is available upon request.

- No smoking of any kind (weed, vapes, cigarettes), including on the balcony. Smoking is only allowed near the dumpsters. Guests will be charged if cigarette butts are found near the unit.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or unauthorized guests.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
- Guests must complete the online check-in form and rental agreement.
- Early check-in requests must be approved in advance. Do not send payment without confirmation.
- Turn off all LED lights before checkout.
- Remove all trash before checkout. Dumpsters are located left of the unit, then another left—straight ahead.
