Ground floor with garden and barbecue, 5 minutes from the beach

The hosts were good at responding to questions and the pool and location were great. Unfortunately the accommodation was old and tired and not good quality. The apartment smelt musty and damp. Next door had rabbit hutch and there was rabbit poo on floor outside. Lots of dogs too and poo on grass. The back hob did not work. One shower was blocked and showerhead loose and trickle of water came out. Bedsheets smelt bad, we had to wash.

In central location 10 mins to the canal end and 20 mins to the port and another 20 mins onto the old town (but easier to catch the bus). Bus stops close by as is a Spar supermarket. Apartment (as good as a bungalow but there was another apartment above this one) was on a small residential block with a small pool. Bed was comfortable and the very small kitchen had everything we needed. TV mainly Spanish/German but we don't tend to watch a lot anyway and wi-fi worked well. Water pressure for shower was a bit low but thats one of the few things I can think on the negative side. Would I stay again - yes I would!

We felt age and we were missing cozy feeling

As a first visit to Mallorca, this was perfect. The apartment was in a quiet complex, with a fantastic pool and outdoor area. The apartment had all the necessities including AC and internet. Everything was within walking distance and especially the beach which was a 5 minute walk away. Our hosts were very accessible and helpful too. We will definitively be back!

Hosts and area superb. Unfortunately we had to ask for dishcloths, tea towels etc and there was no information pack as to how to find things in the area or numbers of doctors, taxis etc. Also how to work the cooker and coffee machine. After requesting these things, Paco the owner really quickly came round with them. The bath towels were very thin and poor quality, bit overall we had a good stay.

A nice apartment to stay . A quiet apartment but close to restaurants en shops. The kitchen is not large but great for preparing a small meal. The beach is close by but a day at the pool is also fine. The owners are friendly en very helpful.

We had a great stay at this accommodation. Nice pool in front of the house and Beach, restaurants and shops all nearby. Homeowners are really friendly and give great service.

Lovely apartment to stay in and only 5 minute walk to the beach 25 minutes to the harbour. the owners are very welcoming and happy to help with anything if needed.
