Ground Floor Private Apartment Near Manito Park, Downtown, and Sacred Heart

Cute little place, perfect for my work trip and allows pets which is always a plus! Great location in a beautiful neighborhood near restaraunts and close to everything. Only thing I would say is there was an interesting smell, and th bathroom had some black almost mold looking all over the ceiling. But nothing I couldn’t take care of and manage. I would stay again.

The location was excellent. Since I had a spouse in nearby hospital I didn’t want to cook meals. The property was within 3 blocks of breakfast, lunch & dinner eating places, a magnificent view of a Gothic cathedral which was illuminated at night. Also within a short walk or drive of signature Spokane park and walking trails. Short drive to pharmacy, shopping. The property would require kitchen, bathroom & specialty remodeling (floors, closets) to bring it to higher standard. Owner should at least replace flooring in bedroom and do painting throughout. Otherwise very cozy, quiet, good spot for sleeping. Used TV modem for Netflix & watching film.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a quaint and clean. There was plenty of space for our family of four. We brought a queen size air mattress for one of the kids. There was plenty of space to set it up. There was a lot of charm and character to the apartment. It’s located in a beautiful part of city so much character and beauty. Lots of great places to eat and check out very close by. We especially loved Manito Park. We spent a lot of time as a family there walking around and just having a picnic. We are already planning our next stay!

Older home divided onto three apartments in nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the owner's communication was great . Very happy that I was able to stay here. My stay was quite pleasant.

The apartment was in a great spot, walking distance from Manito Park and MANY coffee places. I was comfortable and warm during my stay; I'm glad I chose this apartment!

My husband and I really enjoyed this cute little Apartment. The location is highly desirable, walking distance to some fantastic eateries and Manito Park. The space is an older, historic building with some vintage furniture and artwork, and you can see the clock tower of Sacred Heart Cathedral. The space had everything we needed and was a great value. We highly recommend Sushi Blossom around the corner, serving incredibly fresh food!

Came into town for a doc appointment and had a good night sleep in this cute little apartment it was clean & quiet

The original location already had people staying in it.We finally contacted the owner.We were directed to an alternate place but we found out that did not have any running water.

Adequate for our weekend college visit. Few things need upgraded but was quiet and comfortable. Easy access to campus and restaurants.

This little apartment was perfect for me and my dog. Lovely neighborhood for walking the pup. The kitchen had everything I needed, the bed was very comfy, and the Roku TV was great for relaxing evenings. Close to the wonderful Manito Park and an easy drive to shopping and downtown. Several restaurants within walking distance,too. I will definitely stay there when I’m in Spokane.

Clean,easy check in and responsive management

My friend and i with my old man dog had a great time! It was welcoming and very cute inside. Considering it was 108 degrees the week we decided to stay here it was pleasant! I really don't have any complaints. The neighbors were quiet and friendly and learning about the history of the house is quite amazing! The neighborhood was better than expected and the park just a hop, skip, and a jump away was very beautiful. We will dinette come back and stay.

This was ok for what we needed. The unit needs a lot of TLC. A few things: we couldn’t check in until an hour and a half after the check in time. Not at the fault of the cleaner - apparently the couple before was pretty messy. The cleaner was super sweet and friendly. I give the blame to the owners on this though. This is your business, you should have better communication regarding check in. They didn’t respond to the message I sent asking about check in either. About the house: everything is outdated. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if it will be 90 degrees plus. The A/C is just a small unit inside the main bedroom. The neighbor was also not friendly at all. She saw two brown adults get out of the car at 11pm coming from a wedding and told us we didn’t belong there. Warning to my fellow POC!

Easy central location

Quiet neighborhood off Grand. Close to several restaurants and Providence Hospital.
