The space:
Our bright and modern private walk-out basement suite sleeps up to four (4) guests comfortably. We offer one (1) bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, one (1) bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a built-in microwave as well as a dishwasher. Our open concept living and dining area has a 55 wall mounted smart TV.
In our utility room we offer a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Our space accommodates business travelers as we provide reliable unlimited Wi-Fi coverage and a desk/work station with a printer and mini-library.
Please note, for your protection and safety we have total of two (2) outdoor security cameras installed around the property (outside only). During times when our guests are checked-in we have hired a third party security company to monitor the cameras for suspicious activities in order to protect our guests.

Guest access:
Our guests will have access to the entire basement suite (not shared) with a separate entrance through the backyard.
Designated parking is available for one (1) vehicle on the right side of the driveway. Free street parking is also available.

Other things to note:
The main/upper apartment is owner-occupied. Parking on the left side of the driveway is reserved for the owners. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    The facility was spotless and very welcoming. Access was aimple and well explained. It was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The location was great for neighbourhood walks and access ro downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

    This was a great little suite. It was clean and had everything we needed. Cute touches like chocolates and a few Starbucks coffee pods. It had easy access from the highway. Hosts responded quite quickly to messages. Would recommend.

    The A/C was most excellent during a heat wave! The proximity to the lake was great - we walked there every day. We were able to both go to Niagara Falls in a day, as well as Toronto in another day. Easily managed with a vehicle, with both not too far. :)Marco and Christian were very responsive and helpful with any issues that we had. The laundry was an extra bonus!

    It is a basement so beware that you’re sharing the space . Unfortunate one of my nights was affected with the noise and affected my sleep due to the fact that there was a baby above was upset.. you can see that the owners have put a lot of work into the space so it’s a nice layout beautiful location. I mentioned the issue but just seem to be a debate.

    We enjoyed our stay in this Grimsby unit. It is a basement unit and there was some noise from the group upstairs on Saturday night. It wasn't terrible but white noise boxes could help alleviate the issue. We especially enjoyed being by the lake and walked a half a block to take in the views everyday.

    It was a really nice place to stay for a little family of three. Its in a basement, but it have windows and daylight. All you need in the kitchen, and one parking at the property. We got some nice recommandations about places to visit , and appreciate the good service . Thank you for our stay ?☺️

    The room is in the basement. The heater radiator was a little bit noisy. The rooms are nice and very clean. We enjoy our days.
